Yes, and it works great. I had windows 7, but just upgraded to 10 last week and I love it. I used this drive after my old HDD crashed, and my laptop is now incredibly fast.

However, I noted that in my Dell Latitude E6540 (old) the performance was not as good, but still around 400/280.
