No the 30 lb. doesn't. But there are a number of stores that sell bins for dog food. The bag has a number of layers. I just roll it down as the bag empties and the food stays fresh.

Given fact your family member does not like hard or mushy I would suggest you mixe into dry food a 1/2 to 1 cup of filtered water into dry food. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Mix again and serve.
