Hi Louisa, just like most disposable diaper designs in the marketplace, Seventh Generation diapers are not biodegradable, nor can they be composted. Unfortunately this is the trade-off. Either get a diaper that is environmentally friendly and low in chemicals. Or a diaper that actually doesn't leak my recommendation is to get pampers overnight diapers that's what we did for her second child and that did the trick. Good luck.

It will depend on the fit - good nites XL are recommended for 60-125 pounds or clothing sizes 8-14 (from website).

These are very small - my 2 year old son wears them. They won't fit you.
Look for "adult diapers".

These are definitely not as absorbent as the nighttime pampers. I’d recommend sizing up, but they may still not work overnight for your little one. We used a doubler insert too & that helped.
