I've been told to go by fit and when they start having blow outs instead of the weight indicated on the diapers. This is true for other brands as well. I know babies in Honest diapers who are only 17lbs and also in their size 4s. My baby is almost 19 lbs and I'm thinking of ordering some 5s. see less They haven't been accurate for me. Answer:
The diapers are mostly design free with a small bit of design, the company logo, on the front of the diaper near the top, maybe an inch or so wide (up and down).

Answer:
No, they don't. The one flaw with these diapers. I started using them on my baby after his stump fell off.
