I have tried everything and finally figured it out. The manual states to hold down Volume +/- simultaneously for 7 seconds but that is INCORRECT. To pair a new device, turn it off, and when you turn it back on, hold the power button for about 7 seconds. It takes about 2~3 to turn on, but keep holding it down and it will start pairing and flashing red and blue again.

To clear the pairing history hold the power and the volume minus (Vol-) simultaneously for seven seconds or until the led begins to blink red and blue. Now it is ready to begin pairing again.

Additional information: Press the power button about 7 seconds until you see the light flash blue and red.
Then hold down the volume + and - together for 7 seconds, you will hear a beep.
In this way you can clear the paring cache.

The manual says it should beep after you do this. Mine worked GREAT to begin with but now will not connect it seems to anything anymore) I really love these headphones but wish I could get technical support for them.
