I dont understand, what's the meaning between single pack or universal single pack???

Two-Pack = quantity two (2) of the Single-Pack version.
Single-Pack = quantity one (1) of the version that has a smaller clamp that will clip on "most" guitars somewhere around the tuning nuts.
Universal Single-Pack = quantity one (1) of the version that has a larger clamp that will clip on any (thus "universal") guitar somewhere around the tuning nuts.

the universal is a different design than the clip on
