Do you also have the option to plug into a regular headphone jack in addition to using via Bluetooth?

Yes, but surprisingly, you still need to have them charged and turned on to Bluetooth or Noise Cancelling mode in order for the cable connection to work. If you're out of charge, they won't work.

Yep! I use it on my flights jacked in. I don’t think you can do both simultaneously though. For example, getting a phone call from your cell while you are hard connected, probably won’t work.
