Do I need to refrigerate this after it's made if I don't immediately serve it? How long can it sit out?

The kibbles come in a resealable bag and usually I will re-seal remaining kibbles in its own bag and leave it in a cool and dark place, like in my cupboard. As for question of how long to allow the kibble to sit out, I observe my dog 's habitual feeding times and leave the food out for him accordingly. This is to maximize the freshness of the kibble.

It's dry food, so I would say it could be left out for awhile. I add warm water to a measured portion for my dog. I have left the bowl out for 24 hours (he likes to "snack" on his food throughout the day) with no problems.

I keep mine in air right containers on my counter and it seems fine. 11 lb bag last would last 1 month with my two dogs without any problems.

Hi,
This product is a dry kibble that does not require refrigeration. This is different than our "In The Raw" Dehydrated Raw products that should be refrigerated once re-hydrated. We understand the confusion. Please email us if you have additional questions. Woof!
