I am assuming your have the Users Manual that can with the unit. Go to page 9 and maybe download the suggested free media program "Media Go" from Sony.

Hello, please don't worry, this is easy to create playlist.
Press the button and select the "Playlist" option for the song you want to play. There are 3 items ready for you, including "Playlist on the go [1]", "Playlist on the go [2]" and "Playlist on the go [3]" As you like it.

It is painful to create playlists about media players, no matter iPod or others. There is a free program called Media Go. It is the easiest program to use to transfer playlists to the AGPTek. Simply create your playlists in Media Go and then right-click the names and select "Add playlist to X :( Which is your hard drive of the MP3 player)." (You can download it from http://www.tunes.com/mediago.sony.com/ Enu /)
After your playlist and music to send to the player, you can find it in "Music". see less
