Will it turn a 3.5 inch hard drive for desktop into an external drive? Thanks!

This device will NOT work with the Samsung EVO 750 Pro shown in the picture. The Samsung EVO 750 Pro requires 1.5A of Power, which is 1500mA. USB 3.0 powers only 900mA.

If the external power supply is included with the product it will work with any 2.5" or 3.5" SATA drive.
