1.0 out of 5 starsCloud-like...that's a stretch!

I received the mattress, unboxed it and let it sit on the smartbase that I also purchased for 72 hours untouched.
The mattress looked pretty sad immediately after unboxing and setting it out on the base. After a couple of hours it looked quite a bit better and I had good hopes for it. However, after letting it sit undisturbed on the base for a full 72 hours, it still did not decompress to anywhere near 12 inches.
Despite that, I had waited long enough so I put my new mattress cover and sheets on it and slept on it last night.
Cloud-like? Not so much...I'd call it a medium mattress at best. When you first lie down on it, it doesn't feel like it gives much at all. It feels pretty firm. After a while, maybe due to body heat, your weight etc, you do sink in somewhat but I definitely wouldn't describe it as "cloud-like".
I had a mattress cover and a fitted bottom sheet on the mattress and I was surprised at how hot I got while sleeping on it. I slept OK...not great and I still woke up like normal with back pain.
UPDATE: After sleeping on this mattress for almost a week now, I decided to update this review...lowering from 2 stars to 1.
I bought this mattress because I read that it was great for side sleepers...it's not! I toss and turn and re-adjust all night long trying to get comfortable on my side. I sleep on one side until my back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain and my arm falling asleep forces me to switch to my back or my other side. It does not relieve pressure at my pressure points as I had hoped it would. I feel like I need to buy a separate foam topper for this mattress. I have a crappy, inner-spring RV mattress in my RV that I bought a 2" foam topper for and it is more comfortable than this mattress.
If you sleep on your back, this mattress might work for you but side sleepers...keep looking.
