It's a fun story with engaging characters. One piece of advice.... just skip, entirely, every chapter that is from Sarah's perspective. They are absolutely useless and boring. Sarah's character adds less than zero to the story and even though she is the sister of one of the more interesting characters I cant find one reason why she is in this story other than to add pages. Also, the explanation of how the werewolfs only eat once a month, can only change under the full moon, and how the retain human skeleton during change (the change consists only of cartilage), are examples of details that will pull you out of the book and break the story. But if you can forget these absurd plot devices the story is engaging. I'll probably read book 3.
Book 2 doesn't see as much werewolf action as book one, but it's still such a great read. Leanne and her ilk are determined to spread the virus as far as they can. The story itself is starting to pick up pace and characters are coming together. I read this one faster than the first as I needed to see what happy and I'm glad I have the next one lined up.
Book nr 2 takes up the story right where it left in nr 1, its just as well written and a page turner, there are som actions lacking logic and this is the reason for not giving 5 stars but the storyline is good and caracters well described, you get to care for the heros and i find this a fun read and look forward to book 3, already downloaded in Kindle app
Just finished Book 2 of this series and plan to go right to Book 3. Kind of like a zombie tale where an infectious disease is spreading through the world but your turning the population into werewolves not zombies. Very fast paced and great characters - both wolves and humans
Just a great series. Hard to put this book down. No fluff, no indecisive protagonists. Exactly what you’d think a werewolf apocalypse would be like. Great storytelling and great writing. It’s rare when you get both. If you’re looking for romance and happy endings, this isn’t it. If you want a great realistic story that keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time, buy it.
