I have several Vionics for My standing job, they helped my plantar fasciitis pain. These are the prettiest. Comfortable, true to size. The only bad thing about all of them is your feet stink, I think it has to do with the lining so spray deodorant on your feet. I wish they would make more models because I have 6 pairs of the same.
I LOVE Vionic shoes and for at least the last 10 years they have been primarily the only shoes I buy and wear because they provide excellent support and alignment for my knees and hips. Over the past few years I have had terrible problems with my sandals causing or retaining terrible foot odor. I purchased this pair of sandals just two or three months ago and I am unable to wear them already because the shoes smell awful but look brand new. I am very disappointed especially since Vionics are fairly expensive. I am now searching for a different brand that can provide the same benefits that the Vionic footbed offers without the horrible foot odor. I did purchase one pair of sandals that seem to be working out fairly well - zero foot odor - but the support is not quite as good as the Vionic.
I should have listened to the reviews stating this sandal runs big. I have very wide feet that swell as the day goes on. I thought this would be a great sandal since it is adjustable on all 3 straps. However, it was much too long in my regular size. I should have sized at least a half size smaller. The quality of the sandal seems good, but sizing is off.
This sandal is okay. The heel height is a bit low for my flat feet. The arch support is adequate. I have worn the sandal 3 or 4 times, so I’m keeping the sandal but can only wear for limited amount of time (about 2 hours) if I will be standing. If you are looking for a sandal that’s adjustable across the toe area as well as around the ankle and heel areas, this is a very good choice. The material is pretty and soft and looks to be durable over time.
I look for Vionic sandles every year to add to my selection. II gave them a four due to the color and NOT the fit. The navy blue croc is very shiny and flashy in the sun and not a flat croc leather look. I still wear them with jeans but would have preferred a flat, non-reflective style.
I thought they were much longer than my other shoes, but I went as small as they would go and adjusted the straps and it still didn’t work; too long. The bottom of the soles are rounded and not flat, so they roll side to side, which I felt would contribute to an ankle twist unlike my flat bottom shoes. I had hoped to order in every color because they are otherwise beautiful.
Too Large 1/2 size. Raised gripper bumps on footbed are hard and painful for my mortons neuroma, metalarsalalgia and neuropathy. The shoes are very adjustable, pretty and may work for those without ball of foot pain.
It's a moderately cute shoe and fits okay, but the straps gap a bit no matter how much I adjust them. If I were designing this shoe myself, I would position the top strap at the front of the ankle a tiny bit farther toward the toes.
