First, I have to say how impressed I was with the packaging. the duvet comes in a thick, cardboard designer box. When you open it, the duvet folded thin, and wrapped in a white ribbon. This was such great presentation that I would be proud if I were giving it as a gift. The color (smoke grey) is beautiful and will match any decor. The material is made of certified organic cotton, is lightweight, and very soft. The duvet has a tie on each corner and two in the middle to hold your blanket strongly in place. The closure is button. I used mild soap and a little fabric softener when I washed it and it came out of the dryer without any wrinkles or pilling. The original micro-soft feel of the duvet was in tact. The duvet folds up as nicely as it came packaged and slips into a fabric storage case. For the price of $78.00, this is a buy.
