Super nice. I bought a very expensive one and returned it because it wasn't nearly as nice as this one! The best changing pad covers I found are the MamaBare
Bamboo Changing Pad Liners For Baby, Anti-Slip, Hypoallergenic, Machine Washable, 36"x 20", 3-Pack sold here on amazon. They fit this changing pad perfectly. Just trying to save you the time I lost researching all this stuff :)

Two years, two babies, and countless diaper changes later.....the changing pad is holding up like a champ! Looks and feels the same as when I first purchased it. Great product

Durable, but tiny holes in the top fabric is very inconvenient! If there is ANY type of potty accidents on it then it gets into the tiny holes and stays there.
Update: after a month the of use and inevitable newborn pee accidents, I've come to the realization that this pad is not the one for us. I cannot get the pee out of the tiny holes. I cleaned it as soon as i got baby diapered up and it's literally impossible to get it all out. It stains it yellow right away too. It looks gross and I'm sure it's just a breeding ground for bacteria. I contacted Summer Infants brand and they replied with how to clean it (warm water and a sponge right away without letting it dry), but that was exactly what I'd already done. They offered to send a new one, but I requested to pay the difference to get one without the "tiny gross-holes'. I look forward to their response. But just as a forwarning, this thing is difficult to keep clean. I love the contour and the size, but that doesn't matter as much to me as cleanliness.

Perfect, but for clean babies

This changing pad is perfect for our needs and has served us well for over a year and a half now. It's very well cushioned, and the strap that attaches to the changing table is great for keeping it in place. We didn't use it at first, but at one point our daughter figured out how to push herself off the wall with her feet and slide the whole changing pad away from the wall, so we had to quickly attach the strap to the dresser that we use as a changing table. She lost interest after she was no longer able to push herself around. But that strap that's drilled into the dresser was literally a lifesaver! I also love the 4 walls. Our baby also liked pushing up with her feet and scooting around the pad, so keeping her contained on all four sides was also crucial.

As far as cleanability goes... Well, I really wish they hadn't punctured the entire surface of the pad with all these little holes!!! They're not even stitch holes - there are no stitches forming the quilt-like pattern - no, it's just holes into the waterproof surface! Dumbest thing ever - why would you create a waterproof surface, and then drill a million holes into it?!?!? So, practically, it is not waterproof. You can see the foam underneath through the holes. Once liquid gets in there, there's no way to clean it out. You can wash the surface, but the foam in the holes remains stained. Luckily, our baby has never pooped on the pad, and only peed on it maybe twice in 20 months, and even then it was mostly contained in the open diaper under her butt or on the bath towel, so it hasn't been a problem. That's why we've been using it without a liner (the surface is very soft and pleasant, not plasticky). If your baby isn't prone to accidents in the short amount of time the diaper is open, then this pad is great all around and can be used as is (ours lasted over a year and a half of daily use before it started developing tears). But if your baby does have frequent accidents, then you'd need to use a separate waterproof liner on top of the pad, or just get another changing pad altogether.

UPDATE: I feel like I need to add this, even though I don't want to sound like I'm lecturing people. Some changing pads have a strap to buckle the baby down, some don't. Some people put the pad on a high surface, some put it on the bed or floor. But with the popularity of "changing tables" and other such high furniture, it's likely that a lot of people are placing these things high up, and, let's face it, probably not buckling their babies in. I myself didn't do it every time. I thought it wasn't necessary if I was right there. Until one day I stepped 3 feet to the side for two seconds, and my 7-month-old baby flipped himself out of the changing pad and fell head first towards the hard tile floor... I lunged and caught him, just as his head grazed the ground, and in doing so I smashed my own face into the corner of the wall. I'd much rather have a broken face than a broken/dead baby, but if I'd used the buckle that the pad came with, I wouldn't have had to have either. I will never think the buckle unnecessary or silly again. People, buckle your babies, even if you're right there! All it takes is a second, and it could be a second too long!

Scratched our dresser

I liked this changing pad until I picked it up to clean under it one day and noticed that it had completely scratched up our beautiful new dresser where the safety straps sit! I’m superad about this. Buyer beware—if you buy this pad definitely put something down underneath it to protect underlying surfaces.

As another con, after using this for a couple months it became stained and I can’t seem to get it clean. Good thing we have a cover...

We compared a lot of changing pads before deciding to go with this one. I am super happy we got a pad with four sides. Once our little guy became wiggly, it helped ensure that he didn't wiggle off the changing table and bang his head on the dresser. The pad is very comfortable and most changing table covers will fit on it. It's super easy to wipe clean and is still spotless a year after we purchased it, despite numerous "incidents."

Helpful hint: I'm a lefty, and the fact that you can change the baby facing either direction is a huge help for us. Some changing pads come with a third wall on one side, but that wouldn't work for us as we face the little guy in different directions when we change him.

UPDATED REVIEW:
The only fault with this is that, due to the raised ends, it tends to be somewhat shorter than other changing pads. That being said, neither of my boys are tall, so my 2.5 year old can still fit relatively well. The mat has held up to cleaning and use over the years here, which is a definite plus. I do suggest putting a no-slip pad underneath this if it tends to slip. I am really happy we did that.

I purchased this changing pad for my baby with My own hard earned money. This review contains my own thoughts and opinions.
Purchased: June 2019

This is a good changing pad so far. My baby was born in August, so we have been using this for 2 months now. The 4 sides insure the baby is secure inside. The front and back sides help keep the baby’s head elevated and the Right and left side wall help keep the baby from rolling out.

We used a changing pad cover and changing liner this to help keep it from getting wet / dirty.

We use this with a changing table dresser that has a built in changing pad frame. The pad fits perfectly into the frame, a snug fit / secure fit.

I am very happy with the product thus far.

great pad, but get a 2 sided instead of a 4 sided for tall babies.

This changing pad is great. I did not bother with the changing pad cover and just used the munchkin changing pad liners so the baby is not cold. The terrycloth on the liners is warmer than the plastic on the pad. Both liners and pads are waterproof. I do regret buying the 4 sided walls pad instead of the 2 sided walls pad. I have a tall baby and she outgrew this pad around 9 months old. Her head was touching the edge and not comfy. I started using portable changing mats after that. I saved it in case we have another baby because it is great for infants, but portable cham5ging mats are better for toddlers.

This changing pad was purchased for the dresser in our bedroom so that we would not have to lean over as far as the changing insert in our pack 'n' play. Recovering from a c-section delivery I was unable to bend far without extreme discomfort and this changing pad made it possible to make the dresser into my changing surface, relieving pressure on my incision and my back. Excellent purchase, easy to clean. While this is not designed for a co-sleeping situation, we do use it now and then to lay our son between us in the bed while we watch movies or work on our laptops/tablets. Very convenient!

WE USED IT FOR TWO BABIES

We bought this to pad our diaper changing station. I shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. We were disappointed at first that it was a bit long for the size of our changing station. We later loved the fact that it over hung the end their heads went on and cover the wood railing. It made a ramp over the end that as they got taller supported them and acted like a pillow, even at a tall two years old just changing accidents they fit well, were flat on the changing pad wouldn’t have worked with the rails and a pad that fit inside. We stopped putting a cover on it and only laid folded hospital type body blankets on it, so much easier to change out in the fly when you get a mess on the blanket. The folded blankets absorbed more and also could also be used for drying after a wipe to prevent rash and easily changed in seconds. We bought it in 2014 and our second child just turned two in 2018 as I’m writing this and is mostly peeing in the potty and it has held up well. We have one tear in the vinyl cover from our son tearing at it while we changed him (actual cover would have prevented that and not the products fault). All in all it has worked out amazingly for us and I recommend it and I’m glad we didn’t return it from being to long and just pushed it in and let the end towards the wall ramp up. Better Than Just Two Sides Raised.

We use this every diaper change (when we are home).

I especially like the fact that all four sides are raised. We originally had the one with just two sides raised and if she peed a lot then it’d puddle out the top or bottom but when she pees in this then it stays in the pad. Yes, it stays around her but she’s going to get a bath anyways if she ends up peeing on herself.

Pros:
-easy to clean (Clorox wipe)
-easy to carry from room to room
-Keeps leaks in the changing table
-great straps to buckle her in
