Product was 30 days from expiration. Full of clambered milk. Disgusting, Customer Service replaced my order with the same out of date product and I’m furious. I want my money back. I will order by the case elsewhere.
Do not buy this product. I just received on January 6, 2020. The can has an expiration date of April 27,2020. I drank 3 cans at first and kept noticing I was swallowing some chunks every so often. I assumed I didn’t shake it well enough and perhaps it was some settlement on the bottom of the can. I tried shaking and refrigerating the cans. I drank another and experienced the same thing. I got a strainer out and poured the contents over the strainer and into a glass. Imagine my disgust when I discover that the “chunks” were actually curdled milk. I went to write this review because of course Amazon stayed that I could not return the product for a refund. It turns out that I am not the only one experiencing this problem. I used to get these from the store with never have experiencing any issues. I now live in remote Alaska where these cans are about $4 a can. I went on amazon to have it delivered for less. What a major disappointment!
This is the last case I'll buy. Each of the cans had coagulated bits or chunks in it. I thought shaking it up or stirring it in a separate glass would help devolve it but nope! Nothing like drinking a mouthful of that crap and having to run to spit it out! Absolutely disgusting. For almost $40 for a few cans, this is the last time I'll order these. Buyer beware!
Like several others, I received a product that was not expired, but clearly had a quality control issue. The first can I drank seemed okay. The second can, I immediately noticed that the flavor was off - closest I can describe was “soured” and on the third timid sip, I got what felt to my mouth like a giant booger and I nearly threw up. I poured the rest of the can out through a sieve and it was immediately apparent that there is an issue with the milk. It wasn’t just curdled, it was slimy. As in putrid, growing pus. Disgusting. I hoped it was just a badly-sealed can, but after opening and pouring 2 more cans through a sieve with the same results, I’m guessing that most of these are spoiled and undrinkable. Despite still being well before the expiration and stored in our fridge upon arrival in late May, Amazon says this is outside the “return window”.
I’m going to contact Starbucks and see if they’d be willing to help me out.
So I didn't return them just threw half the case out. The drinks had like skim pieces like bad cream in a coffee. I tried pouring through a coffee filter, shaking them, stirring in a cup. With the stirring I could see the stuff on the side of the cup. I can only imagine that the case got to hot in some wearhouse.
It had weird floatie things in all of the cans. They didn't taste bad but it was really weird. I have bought them at the store multiple times I've never had floaties in the cans. I won't be buying them again online. It made it so hard to drink them.
After drinking a small amount of this product I noticed I kept feeling something weird hit my mouth,I dumped it in the sink and there were chunks, like spoiled milk looks like. After inspecting the cans I noticed the bottoms were rough and rigid like they'd been scratched up, possibly dates removed and stamped over....if so u should be ashamed, u could seriously make someone sick.....the top can is the product of concern, notice the dullness and the look of the seal....
