Overall we really like this brand. We really like the environmental friendliness of the brand. However, the last batch of diapers we bought had some hard plastic like material along the Velcro / attachment area. I’m sure this is a defect or quality issue but wanted to mention that we found several like this. See pic
3.0 out of 5 starsSmaller than Previously purchased Size 2!!!

I recently bought Seventh Gen Size 2 diapers at a store and loved them enough to purchase these online. I'm so disappointed that the diapers in the package I received are smaller than the ones we bought in-store (about an inch shorter in length when held side by side). Sadly, these ones are leaking all over the place. :(
I was so excited to try these diapers because we love Seventh Generation and I needed to get away from terribly scented diapers. Unfortunately, these diapers frayed so much. Any time we’d go to change our LO, there would be a web of parts of the diaper just peeling off. I’m not sure how else to describe it. Others I’ve talked to experienced the same thing. No issue with absorbency or anything, but it felt like the diapers were falling apart.
When I first had my son I had people say only use pampers only use huggies Only use honest well I used pampers and at 3 weeks he got a little diaper rash I was so extra carful since I was a new mom I would fan his booty make sure it was always clean I even did a little prevention cream a friend suggest these I switched and in two days his rash was gone with me doing nothing to it and he has never got a rash again he has never peed through his clothes how ever he has had some bombs but if you don’t poop for a day or two and then go I mean it’s almost expectable he’s 5 months and done that a handful of times
These diapers never leaked on us and they definitely didn’t cause any rashes on our Son who has very sensitive skin and eczema. HOWEVER these are not the softest diapers, in fact, I would even say they’re pretty stiff. It didn’t look very comfortable for my son and made all his onesies look kind of saggy t he crotch because of how stiff it was.
Love: earth friendly, zero chemicals, soft and cute. Don’t love: pills and baby grabs at the fibers and makes situation worse, also they sag when wet. Would still buy them to feel confident in knowing 100% what you are putting directly on baby’s sensitive skin. Trusted company and we use a bunch of their products!
I have trialed a lot of diapers on both of my kids...i bought thess for my 5 month old as he has sensitive skin and I was trying to help him out, but it just is NOT worth having to soak multiple outfits everyday because he blows out the diapers. Every. Single. Time. It is like there is no absorbency at all...kind of disappointed. Going back to Pampers as they at least worked.
We’ve tried Honst. Babygncs. For the price, quality, and NO rash— this is our favorite brand. Babygnics did not cause our baby a rash but the price was a bit much. We knew seventh generation was effective enough in price and great quality. In 16 months- no leaks, no rash, nothing!!!
These have changed. I have used seventh generation with both my children so over 3 years now and have always loved them. I'm not sure what changed but they are awful. The fabric from the diaper comes off and I foind a bunch wrapped around my sons penis. Also I feel like the leak through the diaper
