Top critical review
Not sure about all these raving reviews; not worth $100

These headphones are not terrible, but once you consider the price, they are unacceptable. The noise cancelling is okay at best, but not worth the $100 (and I'm assuming the noise cancelling is what drives the price of these up). The noise cancelling will cancel out low hums (like fans; couldn't test on an airplane due to COVID), but it's nothing special. These headphones also offer no passive isolation on their own. You will everything around you as if you didn't have any headphones on. Some people may consider that a plus, but you can't really block out everything unless you play music pretty loud. Sound quality is not much better than any headphones you can get for around$25. Sound quality is also notable worse if used with noise cancelling off or in wired mode.
I think they sound best with hiphop/anything with a lot of bass. The bass is not that great, however, and at higher volumes, the headphones present almost a buzzing sound. Similar to the sound of a blown out speaker, but it's very subtle.
I got the teal/green color and was very fond of the color, but the headphones and the box they came in had a very strong plastic smell that was not pleasant. And while everyone's head is shaped different, these headphones clamped right where my jawbone joint is and it was very uncomfortable. If these were $30 headphones, I probably wouldn've kept them but at $100, absolutely not.
