I really wanted to like this product. It works almost exactly as recommended, with good radio transmission and charges my phone.
However, the bluetooth connection randomly dies in the middle of using it. On two-leg four hour road trip (each way), it managed to randomly disconnect from my phone at least three times each way.
This meant that I had to unplug it and replug it back in, wait for it (and hope it worked) to automatically connect to my phone's bluetooth, and then resume the music / audio on my phone. I really hope they fix this, as it is the only qualm I have but makes this borderline unusuable, especially when it happens while you're driving down the highway and the whole point of it is to remian hands-free.
As a side note, it doesn't have an off switch so making sure its not plugged in when leaving the car after each use so it doesn't drain the car battery is quite a hassle. It would be nicer if there was on/off functionality on this model, but that is aside from this review - newer models have it i believe.
