I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago up until about 8 months ago was spared the embarrassment of hair loss--until one day, I was at work and in the ever so flattering fluorescent light, I noticed that my normally thick, luscious hair was becoming scarce. I tried castor oil at night and spoke to some "specialists" at beauty stores, but nothing I tried would help with the hair loss I was experiencing in the shower every day. I searched Amazon for some products and decided on this one based on the reviews. It's been a couple of months since I've been using this shampoo, but I can tell the difference!! My hair loss is drastically reduced and my hair looks thicker. I use this shampoo with Renpure biotin and collagen shampoo. First, I leave this product on for roughly 5 minutes and then I use Renpure for another 5. My "before" picture was taken May 5, 2017. My "after" picture as taken July 7, 2017.

I've been using this shampoo for over 6 months and just realized it contains SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), which is a "moderate hazard" that has been linked to cancer, neurotoxicity, organ toxicity, skin irritation and endocrine disruption. And it doesn't "stimulate hair growth and reduce hair loss".

High quality product. It did stopped my hair loss for sure.
Right away hairs gets shiny fancy look and appear much healthier then before. However it took about 3 month to notice that I loose less hair. Took about 6 months to notice hair started to regrow in bold spots.

I've had an issue with random small bald spots (alopecia) beneath my hair for some years now. My dermatologist prescribed a topical treatment that did help the situation but it is a chemical stopgap measure as there is no cure for Alopecia to date.

I was excited about a healthy shampoo and have been using Nourish Beaute Vitamins Shampoo for some three to four months now and it has definitely prompted new hair growth, filling in all the patchiness. I highly recommend to anyone experiencing thinning hair or bald spots.

Several months ago, I noticed the part in the middle of my hair forming a quickly widening gap from my forehead to the top to my crown (about the width of a finger). I was surprised how fast! It wasn't there 3 months ago. I never see any hair laying around anywhere in the shower, sink, pillow, etc - NEVER, not even a strand. So I wanted to stop the loss if I could, so I bought the Vitamins shampoo and then started using it back on 02/07/2018, and it's now 04/01/2018 (1 month, 3 weeks) and I notice a big difference, and feel it a bit more density all around between my fingers as a I run them through.

The gap now seems to be more than roughly halfway repaired with new regular-density hair - not tiny downy ones. (I'll post pics soon). From what I understand, my hair loss is probably caused by too much DHT (I'm 49 yo and in good shape, eat well, exercise, sleep well, and haven't added any DHT-blocking food to my diet). DHT suffocates the hair follicles, causing baldness. It can be reversed for the most part, though genetics, health, etc. play a role.

It leaves my hair as nice as what I was using before (Fructis 2-in-1 for normal hair), if not just a tad bit heavier than the Fructis. I use Vitamins every day in the morning without fail. I leave it on for 3-4 minutes while I body scrub, then use a little styling gel and blow dry. That's it.

The shampoo does NOT make me lose more hair. It hasn't made my head itch, and a matter of fact, the top of my scalp never itches at all now (used to itch here and there). I never had dandruff, nor do I now using Vitamins. It hasn't made my hair feel oily, though it does feel that way when applying and lathering. It doesn't smell bad in any way, nor can I smell it after my hair is dry. None of the women I know have ever asked if I changed shampoo, and none have noticed hair loss. Yes, I have a few who run their fingers through my hair. All good in the hood baby :)

HERE IS WHAT I CONSUME DAILY for supplements in the MORNING, so maybe these will help you too with your hair loss (all powder form with no taste). This is based on my body weight and height (European-American, 5'11, 190 lbs) and may be different for you. All of these supplements are perfectly fine for females as well (check factual science-based research and physicians before taking if you're pregnant): ******* 5 grams L-Arginine, 5 grams L-Citruline, 5 grams L-Glutamine, Micronized Creatine (micro is easier on stomach...amount depends on how much you exercise)....mix all powders into 30mg of protein powder and water (or milk, etc). I taste none of the supplements in the drink. I then take the following in gummy form as I drink and eat (pill is fine too, but I'm kinda a kid and they taste like candy): 1 multi-vitamin; 2,000 mg B3; 2,000 mg Biotin; 200 mg CoQ10 enzyme; Ocuvite eye health; Zinc (10 - 30 mg depending on what I fee like). I'll be adding Vitamin E and some fish oil as well soon.

My EVENING supplements are always 2,000 B3, and whatever else I wanna pop in from the collection. I live in Seattle, and have no real way to collect Vitamin B naturally, so supplementing that a couple times a day helps A LOT.

I don't take any other supplements during the day, but do consume another couple basic protein drinks here and there.
I won't bore you with my workout supplements, which are basically a smaller combination of the aforementioned stuff, plus some EVL amino acids.

This conditioner was more effective than Monat. It smells wonderful, leaves my hair smooth and bouncy, has no heavy or greasy feeling, does not dull my red hair color, and has resulted in FAR, FAR less hair shedding than before. I highly recommend it.

I use this product in conjunction with the hair growth vitamins from this company and also Rogaine so i dont know which one works better alone but this combination has helped me out in approx 2 months of use. And i know most products aren't necessarily designed for use on African American hiar but these qork well. I had a small weak spot in the front part of my hairline and some thinning at the top of my head. But i can definitely see the results

After trying four different hair loss brand shampoos/conditioners, nothing worked for me.
This was the fifth brand I took a chance on and I was not didsapointed. After my first bottle of shampoo and conditioner ran out, I noticed a difference. I could see new hairs growing! My hair hasn't grown past a certain length for years.. I am a hairdresser and I tried everything .. I stumbled upon this and gave it a try. Now I can't say for sure my hair has grown a ton in the past 2 months but I definitely think it's grown a little and others have noticed .. what I do notice the most is that I'm shedding less when I wash! And I have a sensitive scalp and this doesn't bother me at all. I use this along with regular gummy vitamins and hair skin and nail gummies.. I've told a few of my coworkers to try it we are waiting for their results and I also made my fiancé start using it since he has an alopecia spot so I'm really curious to see if that helps him in a few months .. I will update this if it does!!

This product works for me. As a woman with thinning hair on top, I decided to try this product. I didn't want to write a review until I had used it for at least three months, Two ways I have used to check my own hair loss are 1) keep hair from the shower drain each day, place in a snack size baggie and visually compare the amount of hair and 2) literally count the numbers of hair from the shower drain. Before I started using this product, I had counted 300! After using, I now am getting a count of 75-100. To me that is a big improvement. I should mention that I also use Kirkland Minoxidil 5% (also purchased on Amazon) as recommended by my dermatologist. I was using this product a full year before adding this shampoo to my "hair loss" routine. The minoxidil promotes new growth; the shampoo promotes growth AND prevents hair loss. I use this product as directed although I don't wash my hair every day, but every other or every third day. I will continue to use this product as it works for me.

After using Vitamins shampoo for almost 2 weeks, I'm more than happy with the changes in my baby-fine hair. More shine, healthier looking and it actually has some body. Hair growth would be amazing since I have little left on top, but the noticeable changes so far are impressive.
