A great pair of Official Nintendo Joy-Cons

While these are a bit more "neon red" than what I was expecting from the pictures on Amazon, they are still a great set of fairly unique colored Joy-Cons. I prefer these over the other mix and match color combos out there that are available for the Switch, and as far as performance goes, they are the real deal. I may prefer these to the Grey Joy-Cons that came with my Switch. They offer the same great performance, and are a bit more rare than the other ones that are readily available in the big "Box stores". Plus, with the same great performance of all the other official Nintendo Joy-Cons, why not "strut your stuff" in front of your friends in style.

Buyer Beware...

I bought the same joysticks TWICE from this seller and both were some kind of cheap, un-working, knock-off joy sticks.
Both were returned because they would not charge on TWO separate chargers.
The person selling this crap should be shut down. Buyer beware!

Great color to go with the main body of the Switch. In fact, I like these even better than my custom clear Joy-Cons.
Edit: The problem with all Joy-Cons is that after a while, the little lock stopper mechanism wears down or chips, meaning your controller will slide off the Switch if you apply some pressure. One might even speculate that Nintendo intentionally ships these knowing they wear out quickly so as to keep the Joy-Con sales up... I've gone through three sets since the Switch came out and it doesn't matter how careful you are, eventually that little spring-loaded stopped wears out. Here's hoping they produce a Gen 2 of these eventually.

Wanted an upgrade for my switch, especially since my 1 year old got a hold of my right joy con and kinda messed the stick up. Ordered these to replace my grey set. Product price was great and shipping was faster. Received mine two days after purchase which is good for where I live in Rural Texas. Would recommend to others most definitely! Only thing is a wish the color was more of a crimson but these still look great and that's just my opinion lol.

Works great and everythingnok, but the color its exactly as the color on the original red and blue nena colors from the joysticks sells with the console... so it doesn't look like the color on the pictures...
The color on the pictures look like Red Ferrari.. and its red neon almost pink colored... I didn't like that and was really angry at the beginning...
Besides that everything ok!

These fit and lock into my switch so much better than my original pair. I don't know how they did it but they fit perfectly and hold on strong now

I bought these controllers on April 1 for my 13 yr old grandson. Was happy with the purchase initially. But now, just over 2 mos later, they dont work. The buttons dont respond. I paid $144 for these. They now sell for $82. Very disappointed with this purchase.

From the package I was expecting flat red. What I got was bright almost blaze orange. Shocked at first but have decided I like them because they are very easy to see and as such find.

I never write product reviews. That being said, I wanted to warn others of these remotes. I thought they were supposed to be authentic Nintendo controllers. They constantly go haywire and go back to the home screen, go to sleep, random buttons pushed, etc for no reason. Even if no one is touching the controller. DO NOT BUY THESE!!! I wish I could return them. I’ve had them a year, and at first, they worked. But the glitching has gotten progressively worse, to the point they are just about unusable.

These controllers work great so far. I’ve only used them a couple times. The only thing I can say is the color on the box is different that the color of the controllers. I don’t really see where the red comes to play because they look more a salmon color to me but I do like them.
