I was very happy with Netflix and have been with you for a long time but I don’t think I will be continued using your app ... not with the prices going up all the time ... you do realize I have amazon... and there are others
I have a Netflix subscription for discs only since I prefer to watch on the TV, and don't wish to pay extra to watch on a little bitty screen such as my Kindle or PC. I do like the instant download feature and have a couple of movies on my Kindle, and they are handy for travel, but really prefer my living room. Its comfier.
It did on first use, but then it started working like a mobile app... list style interface instead of cascading large icons and the search tab doesn't have an input box to type your search arguments into. Also, the menu icon at the bottom of the page doesn't seem to work at all. Tried reinstalling and emptying the cache, but nothing I did affected the problem whatsoever. Also, both Netflix and Amazon played Tweedledum and Tweedledee with me when I called for help.
I love Netflix and enjoy it on my TV, Xbox, Android Phone, and Computer, but it stinks on my Kindle Fire. The sound constantly skips and the video will jump to catch up. This seems to be a buffeting problem where the app just doesn't get enough cached before playing.
Please Fix this Amazon and Netflix! If you can I will give the App 5 stars.
