Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
Problems with the app since the is update on my fire HD 10. I tried reinstalling the app several times and would still get same error code, 9. Now the app is not recognized as being compatible with this device.
i use netflix solely on my tablet. the app has stopped functionioning at all. keep getting a (-9) error message. the app.has been petty buggy for the last few weeks. Netflix should have created an update before the entire platform crashed. this is only on my android tablet- it still works on my iphone.
Same as everyone else, not working on my Fire 8. Amazon customer service is always a nightmare. You have to negotiate with them to make them actually try to help. Will try Netfix next but not holding out hope.
Amazon forced the update to my Kindle Fire 10 and afterwards the app no longer opens. After an extended period of time, a message box opens and says that it cannot connect to the Netflix service (-9). Since Netflix doesn't show up on the Google play store on this device (for some unknown reason), I cannot install it from there. Please fix this!
