256lbs 4x Fits me..... Hold your stomach in and SQUEEZE

I LOVE IT.... It is JUST What I was looking for.... So im 5'3 and Im 256lbs Today... Bloated and this product fit me perfectly.... I ordered a 4x because of other people reviews who were smaller then me but also ordered the 4x.......

So first of all.... IT WILL BE HARD PUTTUNG ON..... You have to hold your stomach in, look in the mirrior and start from the bottom..... YOU Will probably think its too SMALL.... Its NOT YOU are suppose to be able to squeeze it all in.... and thats what I did and I LOOK AMAZING.....

My Opinion 200lbs - 220 GET (2x)
Or if you are between 220 - 240 (3x)
My WEIGHT GROUP...... 240 - 260 (4x)

IT Doesn't hurt... it doesn't rise in the back... its good quality..... its priced perfectly.... as far as size go up between 2/3 Sizes
Depending on how tight your clothes are you will see the zipper underneath a lil.... Im on my way to the GYM!!!!

I didn’t like the way it fit I have nice waist trainers but can’t use them because I just gave birth so I bought this one and it folds up in the back like bulges like a hump it’s awkward and won’t go away so I just bought a bigger size from the company I always buy waist trainers from

Complete let down smh

So I already have a waist trainer with and w/ out straps that I ordered from one of my friends that is a personal trainer, but she didn't have any with zippers in stock so that is why I purchased this one. I got the 3x which is one size up from my current trainer because I didn't know how much give the zipper had. Let's just say I definitely didn't get the waist trainer that some of the customers are raving about. This one was a total let down. The trainer I got was very short and barely was the length of my short torso and looked much closer to a 10/12 boys shirt (I held my sons shirt up next to it) than a normal 3x waist trainer. The material is similar to the cheap spandex material spanx that you would get from the department store. So I definitely don't see how it could be classified as a waist trainer/clincher. Returned the product.

I have already contacted the seller and given them my feedback. I will am returning this product because it's not strong enough to be a waist trainer. The boning is too flimsy along with the material to actually hold anything in. Because of this, the boning in the back dug into my fat and was painful for the few hours that I did attempt to wear it. If you on the small side, with little to no fat, then this might work for you. Me, as a 3x, it did not.

Needs some improvements

I like the double layer option of the trainer and so I decided to give it a try. It fits pretty well but bunches up in the back and doesn't stay in place very well. You can see the zipper through clothes and it doesn't hold you in a well as I thought it would. It's comfortable enough but the constant having to pull it down and the rolling in the back is annoying. It doesn't sit on the hips like it does in the photo which may be part of the problem. Overall it's not too bad but it could be better.

The vest was not as secure as I'd like. As the hours went on,the boning in the back started to buckle and poke me in the back; similar to the same kind of feeling an underwire bra would give. No one knew had it on under my scrub top.
It's easy to get into. I ordered up a size on purpose. I wear a 14/16 waist. It doesn't stay put. It rides up in the front. If I do keep it on all day, the boning is the main reason why I need to quickly get out of it.

Definitely not for wearing under regular stuff as you can see the zipper indentations in the front. Wore it again today but at the gym...kept riding up. Not effective at all.

I dont know what to do with it now. I guess I will put it in the graveyard of shapewear mistakes. Im looking elsewhere for better support. Good luck yall.

So, it does the job. Sucks in your gut, flattens it out and shapes out your figure...but it is extremely uncomfortable! it digs into your back and makes your back fat rolls stand out more and clump together. And it creates bulges that aren't really there. I will only wear it with my high waisted pants that help flatten out the bulges that poke out at the base of the back. It causes me a lot of pain.. and I also have DD's, so, it makes them pop out even more and this waist trainer makes them sit up so high, I feel suffocated. I also find myself feeling pretty insecure wearing it, only because of the bulges, and I worry its noticeable.

Compression is not the best

This has no compression force at all for me.
I am use to wearing waist trainers & Colombian underbody shapers & compared to this one it doesn't do much at all. Maybe if I went a size smaller but I can tell by the fabric its not the best compress. I think this is for women who are not use to wearing high compression body shapers or trainers. I will tell you this get one size smaller then your true size if you want a bit of good compression.

This is made of very flimsy and cheap material. It has no support for your back whatsoever. The bottom rolls up pretty badly. I can't believe it has so many awesome reviews. I'm not sure if they are paid reviews, or if I just got a bad one.

Not a good fit for bigger bra sizes

This holds my stomach in ok, but I can't wear it more than 2-3 hours. The straps are very uncomfortable and dig in around the arm pit area. The material gaps around the side of my breasts. If I was flatter then the material would lay flat I think. This corset constantly rides up too, so I keep having to pull it back down to keep my lower abdomen covered. I'm glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would return it. Definitely wouldn't recommend or buy again.

Ordered a 3XL based on the recommendations and size chart. It's too large to do what it's supposed to do, but since I wore it I cannot return it. I am on the smallest row of hooks and it doesn't support as much as I had expected. Also bunches where the boning stops in the back causing ripples under shirt. I don't have that many ripples without the corset :)

I ordered my size based on the reviews with someone bigger than me she got a 4x and said she could’ve went down a size (3x) she was 285 and bigger in the belly area so I thought a 3x would fit me fine. I’m 5’6 and 250 so I got it and had to lay on the floor to fight to buckle the buckles on it finally got that done and stood up to zip (my daughter had to hold it together so I could zip it). Got it on and it was instantly uncomfortable. The back was stabbing into my back bc the pieces was bent inward. It was very very tight ugh . I tried to wear it like 10 mins but was way too uncomfortable. Probably should’ve got a 4x. Still don’t know if that would Fix the back part stabbing you in the back though. Thinking of returning it to get bigger size. Or just getting money back for it.
