So the quality of this product wasn't the problem, it was figuring out how to make it work!!!!! We sent the first one back because the motor wouldn't work and we thought it was broken. Low and behold he got another motorized Nerf gun on his birthday while waiting for the replacement. And IT didn't work either!!!!! After messing with it for 30min and 3 sets of batteries, my husband took out the weird metal prongs that went between the batteries. Amazingly, the motor started working! So please, please, please, add that little step into the instructions!
Bought two of these for my kids and one arrived and was able to shoot. The second had problems with the airpump, and could not out of the barrel. Overall, they jam fairly easy and are very finicky when it comes to loading the magazine.
Wasn’t very pleased with this AR-L Dart Blaster. At first the blaster had a great feel looked great but as soon as we loaded the mag and made an attempt to use it the darts would get stuck. The kids had a hard time knocking the targets it took a while to get the gun going. The adults also had a hard time, the sights were off.
I am saddened to hear of your experience with the blaster. Please contact our customer service team at your convenience. I am confident we can help! https://consumercare.hasbro.com/en-us. Have a fun day!
It's cool and the darts come out with some force, but we put fresh, name brand batteries in it and fired three clips out of it, and the batteries were dead already. To put that into perspective, playing with this gun for an hour costs between $20.00 and $40.00 in batteries.
Might just be one of the unlucky ones, but after opening it up and putting batteries in it didnt even work. Was for stepsons birthday so of course hes upset. Waiting to hear back from customer service. Looks cool though.
