Leaves terrible lemony after taste.

It leaves a terrible after taste. I been canning off and on for 40 years and never used citric acid before. I read about it recently and figured what is the harm. Big mistake unless you like your tomato sauce tasting "lemony". It ruined the whole batch. I threw out 7 - 32 ounce jars of tomato sauce. I used the company's recommend amount. I gave it a one because a zero was not a option. Overall rating= 0, Nothing to find useful. Flavor =0 Unless lemon is for your liking. Presentation = 0 Felt I was mislead about using their over lemon. Value for money = 0 needlessly bought.
