We were able to meet the needs of our gluten-free friends using these matzo-style squares during the Passover week. Makes good vegan gluten-free matzah balls if the balls are baked before adding to the soup.
Tastes like matzo but harder and somewhat brittle. Main ingredient is potato flour and I found it tastes a little bit like a potato chip, would be more enjoyable if it did not break so much during shipping, (see photos)
This tasted terrible, but we did not expect it to be anything else. The real reason for the low rating is instead of receiving intact matza, we received matza crumble. It was too damaged to serve or to use in recipes requiring matza. For the price it should have been packaged accordingly.
