Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.

I didn't care for the "new" formulation. More fat and calories and too crispy. I have been ordering the "old" style GF matzoh but this time they were stale and close to the outdate. Not really happy will this order. Probably will stop ordering. Its a shame because I had been very happy with your product.
Matza is a weight watcher and the large squares are superb normally. Shipping without sufficient packing material and the lack of the word Fragile made 3 boxes of cracker crumbs. Definitely not ordering again?
