The wedge arrived as scheduled. The packaging was well done. Each wedge was individually wrapped in quality plastic - giving it a nice feel. The package included well written and explained instructions as well as all the needed hardware.

Appropriate screw at various lengths were provided to accommodate the number of wedges used in the actual installation. Anchors for drywall or concrete installations were also provided. A small screwdriver was included which was a nice touch.

The actual installation was effortless due to the instructions. The design also allows the wire extension kit included with the ring to tuck into the wedge nicely.

Before and after photos were included to represent the difference in using all 3 plates.

I thought I would save a few bucks and bought this accessory for my new Ring Pro. The pieces look nice and the company supplies a lot of parts for different needs but the main problem was that it has a poor fit against the surface of my Ring Pro. I was so disappointed with the gaps. The unit was not stable against the wall because of the poor fit. So I placed an order from Ring for their genuine angle mount.

The KIMILAR 3 PCS is POORLY made and has the incorrect size. Also, if you use the 3 sections for maximum adapter offset, the two mounting holes will fall out of alignment so the the two long screws will be forced to be out of alignment. Also, the heads of the provided screws are too small so they fall through the holes. I had to go to the hardware store and buy #6 washers so Kimilar could finally be securely mounted. Sections also not line up when screwed down. They all shift giving a crude appearance.
This is a cheap piece of poorly designed, poorly construction Chinese JUNK. The basic idea is acceptable but the executioner is TERRIBLE.

Garbage. Doesn't sit flush to the ring doorbell or house wall. Screw hole are perpendicular to the 15 degree faces. So if using one piece, the mounting holes need to be nstalled at a 15 degree angle to the house wall. If you use 2 or 3, god help you as the mounting holes on the pieces are all off 15 degrees from each other. Which means if you use 2 of the angle pieces, your screws need to have 2 -15 degree angles to follow the mount holes and if you use 3 angle pieces, you need 3- 15 degree angles in the mounting screws. Most first year design student flunk out if you suggest screws with angles.
On a positive note. They did include multiple sets of different length screws, but all were straight, so you can use them.

It was apparent from when i open the package and lined the pieces up the holes in the Similar kit did not line up with the Ring door bell. But they wanted $7 in postage to return a $9 item. So i’m pretty handy, heck I’ll just drill new holes to make it work. the plates did not want to stack on to the Ring plate.. I got it to work drilling new holes, new fasteners and crazy glue.. don’t even think about buying these. Love my Ring... hated these corner wedges made by a third party.

I hoped this would work just as well as the cornering wedges did, this one is less helpful. The angle it gives per wedge is too shallow. You have to use 3 wedges in order to make a difference. At the point you need very long wires to work, and the doorbell ends up sticking out like a coat hook. They should probably include different intensities of wedge angles instead of just 3 wedges of the same degree angle.

had to return my purchase because I couldn't get the Ring doorbell to work properly. The angle adjuster needs some design improvements. The holes for installation are flat but when you have all 3 snapped together for the full 45 degree angle, there needs to be a recessed hole for the screw so the screw head doesn't interfere with the Ring doorbell body. Plus the doorbell didn't exactly fit the angle adjuster. There were small gaps all around and it didn't look like it was all one piece as it should.

Works as advertised. Didn't end up using it because it looked ginormous with a left-right wedge, so I had to choose. It looks very bulky because you're looking down at it and all you see is the thickest part. It did tweak the angle correctly.

The original Ring wedges have an inner lip that allows you to stack them. These do not. If I used them there would be a gap where water and bugs can get behind the unit. Returned.

Let me start out by saying that these do get through job done. They are made very well. All the necessary hardware is included.

However, they are MUCH thicker than they need to be. The thinner side of the wedge shouldn't be so thick.. this would allow for larger angles while sticking out less.

Unfortunately they look so bad that I need to shop for an alternative. Too bad, these had potential.
