GREAT SERIES

I have become a fan of Diane Capri. I have been a fan of Lee Childs and have read all the Jack Reacher novels. When I got my first "In Search Of Jack Reacher" book I wasn't sure it would like up to my expectations or Lee Child's endorsement but IT DID. I am now waiting for the next book in the series from Diane Capri.

What I find most enjoyable about this series is the fact that while I know the background story of Jack Reacher activities, the author still manages to keep me in suspense and surprises me with her own twists in her books plot. I also love the development of the characters in her book and she even adds to the Jack Reacher character development.

The reason for the 3 stars is loving the Jack Reacher books so much, I had hoped to see more of him in these books than the very, very occasional reference to a tall bulky man standing on the shadows of a doorway. Will probably not buy more of Diane Capri's Reacher books.

I am a fan of Jack Reacher novels by Lee Child, and got excited when I saw this title. However, if you are expecting to have Jack Reacher as a character in the book, you will be disappointed, as I was.

I very am very much enjoying these books. Having been a Reacher fan for many years it tickles me to watched these two try so earnestly to catalog and predict him. There is great fun and amusement in knowing he's so far ahead of them and so few will even give them a clue. But they a determined to do there best even knowing how stacked against them the odds are.Please continue the quest for all of us out here enjoying it!

I can't believe I read this whole book so fast. Diane draws you in immediately and keeps you guessing until the end. Can't wait to get the next in the Jack Reader series. Diane has a way with putting words on a page to keep you interested until the end. Diane Capri...an author of exceptional talent.

I'm a Jack Reacher fan, so I was intrigued when I saw this book. It was fun to follow up a Reacher adventure from a different perspective. Actually it's been quite awhile since I read the Reacher book that this one follows and this made me want to reread it. Don't expect Lee Child though. The writing isn't the same - and that's not a bad thing because you're in different characters. I'll try more of this series. And probably be revisiting Reacher along the way!

I really like the Jack Reacher series, but I am remaining with Diane Capri and Lee Child for the authors. I find it too confusing to read them In order when I try to include the other authors.
To the story: It is well-organized and well-written like all of Diane Capri's books. The story line is suspenseful and keeps your attention. In this book, we find out more of Reacher's early life, family and how he got into the military. This is a "don't miss" book! You will be in for a really good read.

The pace is good and I like the way she folds the facts from Lee a Child's books into hers. Feels so right. But there's something insufferable about the interaction with her superiors that I'm not happy about. Leaves me angry.

Sixth book in the Hunt for Jack Reacher series. I have read all 6. Each one gets Otto & Gasper closer to finding Reacher. The "boss" gives them orders & expects them to follow the exactly, but is always a step ahead & knows their every location & move. Interesting reading.

Agents Otto & Gaspar are looking for Jack Reacher and hoping to find him either through Joe Reacher, Jack's brother's past or from those who knew Jack years ago. Kim Otto is to meet with Colonel Summer but then the colonel dies on her way to meet with Kim. Every turn they make brings more problems. If you like suspense and twist to the story then you will like this story.
