This is great for my family. My husband and I are big people and we were worried that we wouldn’t find a carrier that fits us. My husband is 6’2 and 300+ and the waist buckle fits him good. It’s comfortable for baby and it has helped us as we travel.
Bought this as a gift for a young mother with 5-month baby and it was a GRAND success for both mother and daughter from day one, The carrier is very strongly constructed with large solid clasps and the material and straps are rugged - all exactly as one would wish. The design is excellent, as both mother/father and daughter feel comfortable and secure.
The baby is a year old now and mother (5' 8") and father (6' 2") use the carrier daily. They have never been tempted to look for a different carrier. I don't see how they could do better either. Nice engineering of a very important product.
This is very comfortable to wear, I can use it without any external help. I like quality of material and design too. My 7 month old boy can comfortably sleep in there. He feels more comfortable when facing me, but doesnt fall asleep with facing front, though he doesnt feel uncomfortable just not enough to fall asleep. I use it for hiking all the time.
My husband ordered this baby carrier for him. It's durable and mostly comfortable, but it's very convoluted to put on. There are tons of straps and snaps that you need to click, pull or adjust...every single time you put the baby in the carrier. It is REALLY hard to take the baby out of the carrier by yourself. You can't take the carrier off while the baby is still in it. And even in the dead of winter, our baby cried after 30 minutes while my husband was wearing him because he got hot and sweaty. The fabric does not breathe and it holds all of the body heat in between the parent and baby. Other than that, it fits well and does what it's supposed to do.
I bought this to use for the airport with our 2 month old. The carrier is very easy to put on, but I did need some help lifting the baby into the carrier. The pockets are a nice feature. I thought it was nicely padded in the shoulder straps and didnt feel uncomfortable at all. I'm 5'6 and about 150 pounds and there was so much room for the straps to expand. I know someone much taller and bigger could use this as well. The baby fell asleep while we were walking, so I know he felt comfortable too. It does get warm, so wear a t shirt.
I love that this felt like such a good value and good quality. I would never spend $100s on a baby carrier, I'm glad I found an affordable option!!
Really like the color and the way this carrier was designed. I really liked that I have extra pockets that way I’m able to store wipes, diapers and my phone and keys as needed. My baby loved being in it. It’s very versatile. My only bad thing is that it’s not made for med or women with broad shoulders. The traps that go around my and my husband shoulders were the worst. It made like a short “c” if that makes sense. It was not supporting our backs so we felt our sons weight and it did hurt our backs after about 10-15 mins of wearing. I’ll add a picture. I did make sure everything was hooked up correcting but still didn’t change anything.
I’ve used other carriers, and this one provides much better weight distribution. The pockets are simply amazing and hold quite a bit without too much bulk- when we go for a walk I can easily fit a burp cloth, my phone and a credit card with a few pockets still free. My 9 month old love being worn on the front, facing out. Haven’t tried wearing her on my back, yet.
I was looking for a carrier which would put my toddler's weight on my hips so it didn't pull on my shoulders and also not have him hanging and in my opinion have him cutting off circulation, hurting between his legs. I did not get this. To get the support on your hips you have to pull the belt very tight which is thin, 1". If your belly is squishy like mine, that is neither comfortable nor attractive. Sent it back without problem.
I enjoy the look of it and I was able to start using it for my newborn at around 4 weeks old, before that it seemed uncomfortable for her. She enjoys it alot at 2 months old, she fits in it best now. There are alot of pockets which come in handy for a pacifier, spit wrag and phone. I will say the back support is slightly uncomfortable, there's a clip in the middle up top that you can't reach to adjust and the straps that go behind your arms/shoulders don't seem to sit properly. These are minor issues though, overall it's comfortable and the stomach strap helps to keep the pressure of the back. Probably best for babies 1 1/2 months and up. Also as a side note I'm really not sure how to store this when not in use, it kind of just lays in a messy heap somewhere in the house.
I bought this product after reading the positive reviews. Overall, it is an okay product and could have been better. One big design flaw of this product is that once you put it on it gets really hard to put on the waist buckle. You have to somehow slide the whole thing to the side and try so you can see the two buckles that should latch into or try to buckle in by trial and error without looking behind your back. Also the buckle latches are very tight so for the front buckles, I am always scared of closing the straps close to my baby’s skin. It is comfortable once you have it on and the baby sits in comfortably.
