This is great for my family. My husband and I are big people and we were worried that we wouldn’t find a carrier that fits us. My husband is 6’2 and 300+ and the waist buckle fits him good. It’s comfortable for baby and it has helped us as we travel.
I love all of the pockets and the color, but I didn't keep this for a few reasons. 1) The buckles were really stiff, so much so that when I was trying to unbuckle it, it snapped back and drew blood from my fingers! 2) I don't like the panel between your body and baby. In some ways, it's nice because you can snap the straps behind your neck before putting the baby in, but it also makes it so you can't breastfeed with the baby in the carrier, and I think the panel makes baby carrying warmer than without. 3) The picture of the narrow seat looks too narrow to be ergonomic as the baby's legs were hanging straight down instead of in an "M" shape. I had ordered this and the Lillebaby Airflow. Although the Lillebaby didn't have as many pockets, I didn't like the color as much, and it's more expensive, I kept that one instead for the comfort (especially like the lumbar support) and usability.
My husband ordered this baby carrier for him. It's durable and mostly comfortable, but it's very convoluted to put on. There are tons of straps and snaps that you need to click, pull or adjust...every single time you put the baby in the carrier. It is REALLY hard to take the baby out of the carrier by yourself. You can't take the carrier off while the baby is still in it. And even in the dead of winter, our baby cried after 30 minutes while my husband was wearing him because he got hot and sweaty. The fabric does not breathe and it holds all of the body heat in between the parent and baby. Other than that, it fits well and does what it's supposed to do.
I bought this product after reading the positive reviews. Overall, it is an okay product and could have been better. One big design flaw of this product is that once you put it on it gets really hard to put on the waist buckle. You have to somehow slide the whole thing to the side and try so you can see the two buckles that should latch into or try to buckle in by trial and error without looking behind your back. Also the buckle latches are very tight so for the front buckles, I am always scared of closing the straps close to my baby’s skin. It is comfortable once you have it on and the baby sits in comfortably.
This is an okay product but it hurts my shoulders and the back of my armpits.. I ended up getting a Baby Bjorn instead because the straps cross over in the back. SO much more comfortable!! Both are suitable for a plus size mom up to a size 26 at least, but I’d recommend the Baby Bjorn to save your shoulders..SERIOUSLY!
I bought this carrier mostly because of the pockets and bcz of the weight start and capacity. It's easy to put on but the string to adjust how tight yu want it is super long. Also there's this part on the carrier that helps baby's head stay close to your chest, its so annoying and uncomfortable for baby! It's constantly bothering my daughter and rubbing on her cheek. Yes it has a lot of pockets but the ones that are right on baby's back may be uncomfortable for baby depending on what you have in there obviously.
I love all the pockets available. Adjustability isn’t the easiest but it is not impossible. The straps are too long and nowhere to tuck them in or fold up. The buttons for the “infant” hold broke a week after using.
