Easy to put on & hold up well.

I bought these shoes for my husband. He is a cook at a restaurant. I’ve always bought his ones from Walmart that looked nicer but I decided to go with these because of all the reviews. He absolutely loves these. He told me to never get the other ones again. These shoes are easy to put on, don’t get as dirty as others & seem to hold up pretty good. The only con is there is no arch support in them but you can always buy some. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

They stink heavily like chemicals.

They smell. So bad. Like this chemical smell. I’ve never had stinky or sweaty feet and these make mine both. Even with socks on they started rubbing my heels raw (which worries me because they are absolutely coated in chemicals the smell won’t go away) so I had to take out the soles that came with them and buy a pair of orthotics. Now those make them tight on the top of my feet. I keep hoping they’re going to break in but they haven’t. The chemical smell really is quite awful though. I’ve washed them every night and I can still smell it and it gets in your socks too. They have these little circles on the side that look like they were meant to be air holes but they aren’t im not sure why they are there. They are good right now for winter and I’m going to get my moneys worth out of them but the tread safe and even the Walmart ones are better.

I work in a restaurant 40+ hours a week and these shoes have never failed me yet. I’ve walked through tons of water, grease, and even spilled soap and these still won’t slip. However, they’re not great for supporting your arch or heel so I would highly recommend getting some inserts so your feet don’t hurt as bad by the end of the day. But they’re good quality shoes, completely waterproof, and you’d be hard pressed to slip in them.

Sizes are larger so get a size smaller than your normal size. Wear longer socks with it too because short socks slide down your feet until it’s bunched up under your foot arch.
