The Paper Reams were loose and not in a typical paper case box. They were in a much larger box with some (not sufficient enough) wrinkled up brown paper packed around them. One of the reams was completely ripped open. The majority of the paper is probably usable, but won't know for certain until we try to use it. Hoping that it flattens out on the shelf, where it is being stored underneath the other reams.
The paper arrived in an intact box, but inside the box, the paper was in terrible condition with the (paper) wrapping for the individual reams tattered and falling apart. Some of the blue dye from the packaging had discolored the actual paper. Very unsatisfied.
