The Three Year Warranty is Worthless, Customer Service Non-Existent
Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2020
This product and Habor, the manufacturer, should get no stars from me. I bought two of these and one failed after only two uses. I quickly discovered that the product's three-year warranty and Habor's "friendly customer service" captioned on the Amazon listing don't exist.
Habor.com was where I started but it was only an advertising "shell." After more searching, I found ihabor.com. Initially, it appeared it might be of value, but it did not provide a means to directly file a warranty claim or contact customer service by phone or email.
On January 18 2020, I submitted an e-mail to a general mailbox, provided all the requisite information therein, explained the failure mode in detail, requested a replacement, and included place of purchase, date of purchase, and serial number. Habor has not contacted me, and it is now January 24 2020. Note that Chinese New Year starts on January 25 2020, and that my request for assistance predates that by a week.
Failing to respond to my inquiry and failing to replace the defective unit renders this warranty as worthless. I plan not to ever knowingly purchase a Habor product again.
