DO NOT BUY!!!!!! These treats are absolute poison. They are almost impossible for most dogs to properly digest resulting in intestinal blockages. Our dog lost 15% of her total body weight after indulging in a few of these treats. She experienced violent vomiting and bloody diarrhea for 4 days — we thought we were going to have to put her down. Our vet didn’t make the correlation between her illness and the greenies, so we fed her another one a month later. This time, over 36 hours after we fed her the initial treat, she vomited up a huge, green, fibrous mass which had never come close to being digested. She’s doing fine now, but I wouldn’t feed these treats to my worst enemy. There are thousands of similar stories if you dig a little.

I was hoping my dog would chew it, but he did not. He first buried it in a blanket in his dog house. When we gave it to him again, he made a pile of rocks outside and put it under them. When we gave it to him a 3rd time he took it back to the dog house again and buried it in his blanket again. He likes it enough to hide it, but so far after 2 hours it doesn't look like he will chew it. He is a spoiled dog and since he has a bad heart, we primarily feed him homemade dog food with no hormones or antibiotics...stuff that most people would love to eat. I didn't want to give it a totally bad review since my dog is not typical.
Doggie loves them, which is saying a lot, since there are many treats that he just won't eat (we tried the Virbac, and he would not touch those!) Can't speak to how much they will keep the tartar at bay, but I mainly bought them for his morning treat after he potties. We alternate these with the Beggin Strips. He's 14 lbs and we bought the petite size. He eats it in 3 minutes (yes, I timed it :).
I have the worlds pickiest eating dog, these she loves. I give this to her once a day, it’s the last thing she eats and she’s got her clock set. She starts the stare down at 7:00 until she gets it at 7:30. I ordered up a size this time in the past I gave her the tennie need to go back to that size petite is a little to big.
When my dog is happy, I'm happy :) As some other reviewers pointed out, these treats are much better than rawhide. It's also cool that it has added vitamins, minerals, and other teeth healthy supplements in there. I want my buddy to me with us for a long time. I love to take him with me when running errands or driving around. For that I found a very reasonable back seat cover,
Bench Seat Cover with Back Seat Organizer. 3 Way Use! Innovative and Smart Design!
. Btw, the organizer makes good use of the SUV backseat space. Thanks Greenies for bringing these yummie and healthy treats!
Better than what the reviews said and I prayed they had no worms in them. My bag came worm free and was happy enough with that. Still I can't say I would buy again I took a chance but the reviews were bad and I was hoping to get lucky and hoping that the company made changes to the process to rid themselves of the work issue.
I can only give 3 stars because I don't know if this is a one time thing. I have had back luck with duck treats on Amazon the 2nd time around so I can't say for sure.
I bought these for my teething puppy, who loves to chew. He loved these treats (but he loves any and all treats). He loved them so much that he didn't chew them thoroughly. I only have him 2 teeny greenies on 2 separate occasions, and both times he vomited the treat. I saw the whole green treat in his vomit pile; it was so rubbery that I thought he had eaten a piece of the garden hose. Will stick to giving him drier treats that he can't swallow whole, and I'd suggest that you keep these AWAY from dogs!!
My 15lb dog loves these, although it takes him only 5 minutes just to finish one, so we go through them quick. It won't replace brushing your dogs teeth, but they a decent chewy treat for them. He loves them. The resealable Ziploc bag design is convenient for storage.
Our little 1 year old dog gets out of the front door any chance she could and there was no catching her. (input expletives here). Even my 9 year old joked of sending her to the glue factory when she gets out. (she's a bit of a stinker wanting us to chase her - it's funny to a point). But she loves these so much she will actually stop and come to us when we are holding one. It's a miracle treats!!!! Oh, and yes, her teeth are better now too.
