Edit: the seller reached out to me and let me know they have made changes to the product based off my review and the issue I addressed below is no longer a problem. They have offered me a full refund for my trouble. I am revising to 5 stars for the customer service and because I did like the product.
Original review: The cloth itself is strong and does what it’s intended to. That being said if you don’t like being full of rage every time you need a face towel because you can’t get it to rip off the roll then these aren’t for you. Pro tip: get the towel ready prior to washing your face. Otherwise you are going to be dripping wet with 72 tiny pieces of this face towel, or alternatively a 5 foot long piece of towel that is only an inch in width because this towel does NOT like to rip on the perforated spots it’s intended to rip on. I have wasted so much of this product for this reason. I will not be repurchasing because I’d like to keep whatever dignity/sanity I have left.
