We've been using this product for a few months. We loved how independent our toddler was becoming in the bathroom, and they work SO well. Until yesterday when our sewer backed up and ruined everything in our basement. The rug had to be ripped out, dry wall had to come out, and all of the baby stuff we were storing down there was ruined. After renting a snake, we pulled out all of these "flushable" wipes. We purchased a small trash can and hope to teach our daughter to put the wipes in that. My hope in writing this review is to save anyone else the headache that we came across yesterday.
I have bought many other types of flushable wipes for my toddler. Usually I buy the generic target ones but they were out so i decided to get these instead. I thought they would be even better since Pampers is a huge brand name. Unfortunately, I was very very wrong. These wipes are thin and not flexible. They break very easily and arent as effective at cleaning as others I've tried. They are smooth surfaced like paper, whereas others I've had are ribbed or textured so they wipe more effectively. They are also a pain to get out of the pack each time- a new one does not pop up easily. Therefore I have to help my toddler get one out every time she uses the potty and defeats the purpose of her learning to do it herself. Also, they dry out super easily! I go through way more because I always have to toss the top wipe. Makes me so irritated every time!
All in all, definitely try another brand. These are bad quality.
My husband hates these because his fingers go through every-time he tries to wipe our son. They are truly made for little kids hands (very small), and break down very easy (good for your sewer system).
