(Using with a Dyson V6) While these filters offer a better value than the OEM Dyson filters, neither of them fit very well. One is loose and wont seat securely and one seems to be just a bit too long, thus requiring force to get the gasket portion to seat. Once the vacuum is on and in use its not a huge deal as the suction keeps them seated but I will most likely just stick to the OEM Dyson branded filters because I dont want to have to fiddle with these in order to get a proper fit.
These fit the Vac, but don't last very long before plugging. I was able to get two passes before having to wash it out. The original Dyson lasted weeks before that happened. The Dyson is poorly designed, so perhaps my expectation is out of line with reality, but these are just okay.
I had to return the filters. I ordered the wrong part. When I searched for the DC50 this came up and I ordered it. Amazon searches will bring up the correct part with the compatibility not always listed. Anyway. If you sell the similar filter for the DC50 lete know. Tim
