Very relaxing and absolutely works

Aside from the price, these salts are awesome! Don't know what else to say. I'm a dude that works out a lot and gets weird muscle tears. These salts absolutely help. Words of caution though, you might be induced to fall asleep in the tub listening to Enya. Don't go out that way.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. Contains toxic "parfum" among other unnecessary ingredients. Expect the same effect as soaking in a bath of rat poison. Includes effects of nausea, irritability, and fatigue. Do yourself and your health a favor, and get a bag of real magnesium chloride, which more absorbable and relaxing than magnesium sterate. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil and enjoy a toxin free relaxing bath. Which is what commercial "Dr Teal" attempted to achieve here, but instead proved once again the best "Dr" is yourself.

It works as intendedl, but it has a VERY POWERFUL SCENT! Like waaaaayyy overpowering! If you have even a bit sensitive nose, good luck, this is no joke! I wish they would dial down a bit on the scent, because it is a bit too much, I can only make myself use it every now and then... :( Arrived on time and well packaged.

Didn't really do much to relax me or soothe muscles. Bag was really small for the price. I'd never used Epsom salts before but I'd heard they were magical for sore bodies. Either these weren't good, or Epsom salts in general don't do much for me

As far as the Epsom salts go, this product is fine. But, you should be aware that there is an added fragrance. It's not an awful smell but there's a lot of it - and it lingers on you and in the bathroom.

I have no evidence that the ginger and clay do anything at all.

I love Dr. Teal products and these salts did provide a nice soak, but the smell! If you like this smell you will love, but I had to take a shower a couple hours after my soak to get the smell off of me. Just by having the bag open, my whole condo smelled like this.
