Product worked for a month fine. After a month, the charge would diminish greatly over a 2-3 weeks period (60-70%). I would need to remove it from the trunk and charge it constantly. Last month while fully-charged, it would not jump start a 6 cylinder lexus ES330. The LCD read 100% but it was obviously innacurate. I did the manual ovvveride mode and still nothing. I took it inside the home and tried to charge it and it wouldn't take a charge becuase it constantly read 100% on the screen. Now it's the next day and it says 0% and the battery won't charge at all, it just stays flashing and the LED light doens't turn on anymore. I suspect poor build quality of the internal compenents. I will be contacting amazon for a return. This was purely my experience and it was purchased Sep 2017 and received light use (jumped 3 cars in that period just fine). I'm sure others received units that work but longevity is questionable.
