HOLY INDESTRUCTIBLE TOY, BATMAN

This fishing set it amazing. My kid is insane and destroys everything. Loves to throw, smash, bash, you name it. The end of the fishing pole is thin and bends easily. And the second I got it I was like “well these are gonna snap off and no time and be absolutely unusable.” NO. NO. NO. Got then about five months ago and still going strong with heavy use.
We even put all the fish in the pool and fished them out with no problems.
You would think for toys with string and turning parts and reels ect., they would break easily which is exactly what I thought but these things are completely indestructible and I love them
BUY THIS DAMN TOY. Keeps kid entertained for a good 45 mins. You won’t be disappointed.

A heads up for customers leaving less than a 5-star review for this game -
The seller went outside the Amazon system to my business website and submitted a rambling message. They requested that I revise my review and rating so that I did not “kill [their] dream.” I hesitated before giving 3 stars because the product looks and feels cheap and 2 stars is more accurate. Contacting me at my business to guilt me into changing my review? Zero stars. You’re killing your own dream.
We've had various fishing sets at our pediatric therapy clinic. From the photo and description, I liked that this set included nets and multiple fish. I didn't expect it to include a duck or sea turtle. I had to explain to a preschooler today why a baby sea turtle was used as bait. The plastic looks/feels cheap. The poles worked OK, but the magnetic design could be improved. The magnets and screws are very small.

My kids broke the poles the first time they used them. ( warning small parts come off). Very easily broke. The animals aren’t painted well and they have tiny screws in the front of each to Attached to the magnet that is on the fishing pole itself. The screws could very easily come out and be a safety concern for your children. The only reason I let the kids play with it is because they already seen the package as I was opening as a gift for them. Attached to the magnet that is on the fishing pole itself. I threw it away immediately. I recommend spending more money and getting quality. I’ve learned from my lesson. I bought the fisher price brand one and it’s great kids haven’t broken it. We got this for our 2.5yo to play with in the kiddie pool. The magnet in the fishing rod is too small and the metal screws on the fish are also very small. The only way to get the fish on the line is to pick it up and line the magnet and screw up. Not what I was hoping for so are going to add some metal washers to the fish and a stronger magnet to the line just to make if functional. We also had to super glue the line guides to the poles because the poles would literally fall apart as soon my son would touch them. Great concept but overall execution is off on this you.

So my kids loved it at first but it fell apart a week or so later. The fishing poles fell into pieces day one I literally had to adjust it every five minutes. The fish pieces are ok but what good are they without the poles. All in all there must be other sets like this one for the price that are better quality

I was really excited to get these for my son's 3rd birthday. I was really disappointed when they arrived. They seemed really cheaply made, and the fishing poles come apart at different spots. I knew it was only a matter of time before they broke and sure enough, after a couple of weeks, one of the poles broke. The magnets on the fish are little screws and I have to keep screwing some of them back in. He still plays with it and loves to "fish" but next time I would buy a different set.

I got these for my son to play with in the bath. At first I was okay with them feeling a little cheaper but the magnets did not work and my son got frustrated but I finally had to return them when he was playing with one and the metallic paint came off. I just couldn't trust that it wasn't led based etc. The return was easy and the company refunded my money no problem but I would caution purchasing for small kids.

Maybe I just got a bad set, but one of the poles broke on the first use. It also can get water inside that's hard to get out, so don't plan on using it in an actual bathtub. There's also very little magnet to metal ratio, so you do have to be very good or lucky to catch something. depending on the age of the kids, that might be ok.

Great amount of toys and i love the idea of the fishing rods but theyre so cheapy made, fell apart in less than a week. Also , fish should have more magnets, kids got upset when they couldnt pick them up. Each toy only has one magnet, should be more since kids dont know where exactly they should be putting the hook close to.

You get what you pay for, it’s extremely cheap. The plastic animals are very cheap looking and made. There’s small screws that the magnetic attaches to. The fishing pole is a great concept but just cheaply made. The nets have already ripped with little play. I didn’t have time to return and get another option so I kept the product. But I will not recommend purchasing.

I wanted to use this toy to get my daughter into fishing. But this game is REALLY hard! You have to get the magnet right next to the fish’s mouth for it to pick up. I’d say it’s best for a kid at least 4-5. The pole is really flimsy. Luckily it came with two because the first one broke within 2 minutes.

The fishing poles in this set are great. However, in order to cheaply make the fish magnetic, they simply stuck a metal screw in the mouth of each fish. Half were already rusty when I received it-- I can only imagine what would happen after they are used in the tub or pool as advertised. I was very disappointed with the quality. I'm returning this and going with the "munchkin" fishing set instead.
