Amazon.com: Customer reviews: COWIN E7 PRO [2018 Upgraded] Active Noise Cancelling Headphone Bluetooth Headphones with Microphone Hi-Fi Deep Bass Wireless Headphones Over Ear 30H Playtime for Travel Work TV Computer Phone - Red
I was eager to try these because I love my plain ol' E7 pair, but this was a huge disappointment. The noise cancelling only introduced an annoying amount of static, unacceptable at any price. The bass isn't as good as the old model, and overall the sound is rather tinny. I put on my "old" E& set and immediately boxed up the E7 Pro and sent it back. Sometimes manufacturers need to listen to their customers, and I have found that simpler is usually better. The more do-dads there are, the chance for some type of failure increases. I have decided to buy at pair of headphones that are WIRED, with an amplifier for louder sound without an on-board battery. More gadgets doesn't necessarily mean better sound. Keep it simple, or at least test the new models thoroughly before releasing them.
You get what you pay for. in no way are these anywhere near the quality of bose / sony in terms of noise cancellation or sounds. THe worst part of it, it's made of a really cheap plastic that just feels cheap and very breakable. disappointing
These are okay, while they work. I used them for air travel. But the bluetooth system stopped working after less than five months of use. So basically the price per month was a bit steep. Not sure I'd try the brand again after that experience.
Overall good product. Bought in Christmas of 2018 for my daughter, used until it stopped working in March. The return policy was until January 31 and the "product support" ended on March 16. Another electronic that goes into the garbage in less than 6 months.
I contacted Cowin directly, they said that they would address the issue. I'm still waiting. By the way, one of the features that I liked the most about this product, was Cowin's quality pledge in a form of a letter that accompanied the product. Not a happy customer.
I got these to replace a pair of Bose that were stolen from me. Im returning them because Id rather spend the money on another pair of Bose. The battery didnt last a business day before id have to charge. Also, the sound quality was muffled and unclear. Most annoying of all was the random static noise while listening to a video.
Very good headphones for the price, but many corners cut in construction. The earcups are attached by a very fragile plastic swivel and a quick Google search will show how common it is for them to break. Mine lasted about 3 months before they broke and found their way to the dumpster.
Probably should have heeded to all the one star reviews. I am experiencing the same problem with the sound cutting out or sounding like someone was playing the drums when I slightly touched the headphones or move my head while listening with NC on. I thought it was a loose cable until I realized these are wireless :( probably going to return since this is a known issue with the product. Also the ear cups are not truly circumaural and sit slightly on top of the ear. Med-Long listening makes the ears very tired, as a result.
Loved them until one of the ear pieces popped off 1 day after support period expired. Now they are unusable. Gave 2 stars because of how much I liked them before they came apart. Several other reviews report the same thing. I cannot recommend these.
