I wish I had notnpurxhased this doll. As soon as I took her out of the box/packaging her hair all began to come apart. The ponytail stayed up but they cheaply put the yarn on the head in loops not securing it to anything. Then there was orange string all over the doll I had to pull out that may or may not damage the stitches keeping her together. I had to take all the crappy yard hair down, mind you there is not even enough to cover the top of the dolls head without it looking like she is balding. I had to cut the uneven bangs hanging in her face and tie the hair back, cutting the loose loops of hair and longer pieces that made no sense. So now she has mommy’s black hair tie in her yarn hair and it’s tied much lower to keep all the sort pieces in the pony tail too. Worst doll I have ever purchased and it just isn’t worth the hassle of returning stuff anymore. Not with all the rules and different expectations and time restraints. This was supposed to be a x mad gift but my kid saw it and I had to fix it. So I just gave it to her and though screw it. I will never suggest it or buy other colors. Nooooo. So I suggest moving on to a Barbie ballerina doll. This one is terribly made.
This doll might be worth half what it costs. It's very shoddily-made and I'm not a terribly picky shopper. The doll's scalp isn't fully covered by the yarn and there are strands of yarn falling out. It has strange threads sticking out over the doll's body and the head is oddly stitched on. Also, the ballet slippers are very uneven. One is bow-tied at the ankle and the other is tied at the knee. My 3 y.o. granddaughter would've been the recipient but I'm pretty sure even she would notice. I bought a second (and different) ballerina doll for another granddaughter, paid much less, and the quality is superb. Don't buy this one.
The doll is very cute but is not good quality. The dolls legs were detaching within the first 24 hours of the girls receiving their dolls. The dolls were given to 8,9, and 10 year olds that mostly just carried them around after their ballet performance. So the dolls were gently used before falling apart. Not really worth the money.
DO NOT BUY! This doll is made so cheap. Yes, it is cute but definitely not worth the money. You can buy a better quality doll at the dollar store. I didn’t even want to give it a one star rating. THIS DOLL GIVES AMAZON A BAD NAME. AMAZONE SHOULD REMOVE THIS PRODUCT.
Dolll is cute. Not as good quality as I’d hoped. Hair is thin so the head shows through, and my little girl doesn’t like that so much. The way it was packaged made the bangs stick up and they won’t lay down right. Arrived on time. Better doll for same price at Home Goods.
Very cheap doll. Not worth the price. The materials are very flimsy. It also arrived with a stain on one leg and one of the bows on her slippers either ripped or not sewn properly (It was a single loop, not a bow).
I don't want to be unkind but I am very disappointed in the quality. This is a gift for my 5 year old granddaughter who is in ballet. I had read really great reviews and usually the reviews are spot on. I honestly don't think the doll is worth more than $5.
So disappointed with this product. The pic is sooo cute but it’s so poorly made I could never give it away as a gift as intended. The fabric is transparently thin and the dolls clothes are even worse. This might disintegrate in my hands. The skirt is highly capable of cutting skin. For sure a strong chafe. Just NOPE
