Amazon.com: Customer reviews: Bluetooth Headphones Over Ear, Bluedio T7 Turbine Custom Active Noise Canceling Headphone 57mm Driver Hi-Fi Stereo & 30Hrs Playtime, Wireless Headsets with Mic for PC/Cellphone/Travel/Work, Black
First impression is that they are compact sturdy and soft. Connecting to the phone was easy and fast just have to flip the switch on and it turns on the Bluetooth and the headphones ready to pair. After first connecting them there I just had to sit there for like 10 minutes and listen to a variety of music. It sounds really good in these headphones they have good depth of sound. I tested them while riding my long board and I had the same problem I have had with every other Bluetooth headphone or ear bud I have had of it having a spotty connection when the phone is in the back pocket but no problems when the phone is in the front pocket. Distance wise I was able to get it to work about 140 ft in almost the open just with a fence in between. When I held still it played the music just fine. At 95 ft there was no interruption in the music even when moving around. One of my favorite features is when you take off the headphones your music or video pauses then when you put them back on it starts playing again. That also works most of the time when you just pull the right one off your ear and set it on your head. I am also impressed and like that they charge using USB-C. They also came with a USB-C to 3 mm audio jack for music in which works great even when the headphones are turned off or dead the headphones can still be used with the cord. I have used them now for about 5-7 days and have maybe charged them once so I am really liking the long battery life. They are my new around the house headphones for audio books, music, and watching anything on my phone. Another awesome thing they have is noise cancelling which is a first for me. I tested that feature out using a nail gun and it definitely brings the volume down while nailing. Also when I flipped it on for the nail gun the neighbor was mowing his lawn and I thought he stopped right as I turned on the noise cancelling but it was just because of how much of the sound it blocked out. Overall I really do like these headphones and am really happy with the purchase and am enjoying the new headphones.
Here's the gist of my review, High build quality and great bassy sounding pair of headphones at a very competitive price point of $50. Definitely worth every penny paid!!
Headphones come in a nice solid box that was protected by a very standard plastic electronics bag. Package includes 1x pair of headphones, 1x USB C charging cable, 1x 3.5mm to USB C cable, 1x silky protective bag with a single pocket on the inside, and 1x user manual
These headphones have a really cool feature where when u take them off the headphones it will auto pause what you're currently playing so long as you're connected to a compatible device and is connected via Bluetooth, then will auto resume when you put your headphones back on. It also worked on YouTube on Chrome on my S7 which was a nice addition. It also has a strange feature where it allows you to turn on ANC without turning on Bluetooth, this will allow you to use ANC with the headphones plugged in without Bluetooth with the supplied USB to 3.5mm cable and.
Headphones are of really nice quality utilizing metal hinges for more sturdiness and prolonged lifespan compared to their non metal counterparts. The headband is fully extended for me where as the majority of other headphones still have a couple clicks left over. With that said they fit barely perfect for me and are super comfortable, but if my head were a bit larger these would not fit. My head measures roughly 19 inches from bottom of one earlobe going to the highest point of my head back to the other bottom earlobe.
Sound quality is superb! However with ANC turned on the low end disappears for some reason, maybe because of the frequency the ANC is using, but low end is very much present with ANC turned off. When ANC is turned on I would say the low end gets reduced about 75% which is quite a significant amount, but you can somewhat boost the low end somewhat back with proper EQ. Low end is quite strong for some songs but is very well balanced with other songs that don't boost bass too much. These are definitely a more bassy pair of headphones compared to stuff like Sennheiser's Momentums, but bass can also be lowered with proper EQ. Very detailed for a pair of $50 headphones and quite possibly one of my more favorable pair of headphones.
Connection distance for Bluetooth I get a good 50ft and roughly 20ft with a wall covering the device before things start to cut and stutter. Connection switching between the aux and Bluetooth is pretty seamless and I didn't notice any lag time between the switch. I do have to praise Bluedio for moving onto USB C as the USB standard/industry is moving on from micro USB to USB C and many manufacturers are still strangely stuck with the old standard.
Others have noted this issue in their reviews as well, but when u first connect the headphone using Bluetooth 2 separate connections will pop up, one is "Ble T714**" and the other is "T7", you want to connect to the "T7" one. Sometimes it takes a minute for the "T7" connection to pop up for some strange reason. If connecting to Windows 10 make sure to select "T7 Sterio" after connecting via Bluetooth in your sound source selection drop down which you can find by left clicking the sound icon next to your clock at the bottom right and clicking the drop down.
Pros 50ft connection distance in an open field and 20ft with a wall USB C Great sound quality High quality cables included USB C to 3.5mm availability Auto pause/play by taking headphones off and on ANC works without Bluetooth Nice finish, metal hinges
Cons Headband is fully extended for my head ANC reduces bass by a significant amount
This is one of those times when I am sorry that you cannot hear how the product sounds in a video. These headphones are first of all very comfortable with nice thick all around the ears padding with a nice deep ear cup. When wearing them your ears are completely inside the padding and not being pressed on, something that I have often had with other headphones. You instantly get a mute effect without even turning them on. The size adjustment is nice and firm so you do not have to worry about them expanding on their own.
These are solid headphones, nothing flimsy or cheap feeling about them, they feel like good quality. They come with the charging USB cable and an optional audio/USB cable for any time that you decide you need to use one. This synced easily with my computer and tablet and phone. When receiving phone calls the sound is very good and the mic seems to pick up my voice well, my son called me from Canada and he said that I sounded pretty clear over the headphones. The noise cancelling feature also works well, My neighbor was mowing his lawn while I was listening to music, I activated the noise cancelling and it reduced the lawnmower noise to a point where I could comfortably hear my music with very little of the lawnmower coming through. In the house, it blocks the sound of my kids playing video games etc. I have actually sat in the same room while they are watching the TV and I am on my comp watching something different and I could not hear the TV even though I was not blasting my show at all. I love the feature that makes it stop playing when you remove the headset and start again when you put it back on… Pretty cool and very convenient. As far as the actual sound goes. I am impressed. I usually play opera and instrumental music when I am trying out headphones to try and capture all the highs and lows and melodies. If I am not impressed with any one of those I tend to reject the headphones because… I want stuff to sound good all the time not just some of the time. I also like the rotating cups so that you can tuck them into the bag they give you and take these with you. I camp a lot in the summertime so that will be very handy for bringing these along. The long and short of this review.. Good quality, great features and sound, worth buying.
I’ve purchased plenty of headphones on Amazon and this is by far one of the best ones for the price!
I was looking for a pair of headphones that had the ability to last me the whole work week without a charge. I spend about 4 hours a day at work working on a computer and I hate when I pull my headphones out, start working and sure enough they die mid use. That has yet to be the issued with these headphone! I have been able to use them for a whole week without a charge! I charge them on Friday and that lasts me all week.
I recently went on a trip and the noise cancellation worked perfect on the airplane! The ear part of the headphones is a little funny looking at first but they are extremely comfortable! I was able to wear them on my long flight and they didn’t hurt my ears like others out there. I also like how the buttons are around the top of the headphone and not directly on the side. I’ve had some headphones with the buttons on the side and they always end up being accidentally pressed if I have an ear itch! lol.
I would rate the overall sound of these headphones at a 8/10. They have no where near as much bass as your 100+ headphones but it’s very adequate for the price. Overall I am very satisfied and would buy them again.
Historically, I have heated Bluetooth with a passion. I could never get my devices to pair and found it very very frustrating overall. The newest generation Bluetooth devices however has been fantastic. These headphones are no exception. They are comfortable and allow me quiet space to focus when I do my work. The build quality is decent for the price. I’ve gone through several brands of corded sound canceling headphones. I am hoping that these hold up well Also. Sound quality is pretty great. I listen to all sorts of music with varying sound levels and I really like the sound.
So I have had many different types of headphones over the years, and this is by far, the best set I have ever had. So many are "sound canceling," but these are sound eliminating completely. I compared my other sound-canceling ‘over-the-ear’ headphones and a set of earbuds, to see what the main differences were, and the difference is completely shocking. I tried all while mowing the lawn, and these were the only ones that I could use to drown out the sound of the mower, so much that I could have the headphones on a low volume. My other pairs, even though they are sound canceling, are more like muffling outside sounds. These Bluedio T7 Turbine Wireless Noise Canceling Over-the-Ear Headphones with touch control are so advanced. When it comes to the quality of the sound, it is super bass, and crisp clear sounds, and great high and mid ranges. There is NO DOWNSIDE to the sound quality at all. I have not heard a better sounding set of headphones, and I have had MANY different top name brands and was able to directly compare them to this. This is industry-leading bass, and noise-canceling I would say. No others can compare to this when it comes to sound canceling. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
The headphone comes with a charging cable that is lates Type-C cable, aux cable and a bag to carry headphones. It gives playtime of around 30 hours with around 2 hours of charging. It also comes with a moneyback guarantee and warranty for 12 months. This is a GOOD GOOD deal, go for it !!!!!!
I think it is the the best at $40 price range in view of noise cancelling, sound quality and bluetooth. I dont think you can get any close to this one at $40 even $70 range.
I have Bose QC25 and cheaper brand $60, but this is $40. The noise cancelling is about 65% of QC25 (the $60 headphone is about 70% of QC25) Although the noise cancelling is only little bit less than my $60 headphone, this headphone sound quality is way better than my $60 noise cancelling headphone and is catching up to QC25. I test it with virtual surround sound. It is about 75% of QC sound quality.
It is heavier then qc25, but has similar weight as $60 headphone.
Also, I have bigger ears, it has more room inside the ear pads, so I feel little bit more comfortable than $60 headphone and it is close to QC25.
Like location the of the volume buttons, and double tap on the right side of the headphone to play or pause music (much larger than tiny play/pause button). It is charged with newer USB-C port, the cables are USB-C charge only cable cannot be used to transfer data via phone) and USB-C to 3.5mm.
Above are the pros, here are the cons that I think they can improve, then it will be the best under. 1. It has 2 level noise, the low level noise only cancel about 30%, high level noise cancelling can cancelling about 65%. So low level is wast.
2. You can switch noise cancelling level from the app, however the app is slow and sloppy, it does not work well, I end up using the multi-button (double click) to switch between the noise cancelling level.
3. I wear it in the car, when I close the door, there is a big pop in the headphone. I think it is the air pressure that causes noise cancelling sensor think there is bigger sound. I have tried to open both side windows down then close the door, then there is no issue.
4. It only happened once. While I was listening couple hours of music, I suddenly hear interference sound. I have tried to turn it off and then on, charging it for a while. But the interference noise was still there. I almost throw it away, then want to test the wire, to see if the interference is caused by bluetooth. Well, glade I did, after connected with wire, it some how reset the headphone and no more interference. 5. It only came with cloth bag for storage, wish there is a hard case. Hey, it is only $40. I can take all the cons and will get another set for my children.
These are my first noise-canceling headphones, and by far I like these. I like the quality for the price as it did not just give all required features for a reasonable price, but good quality as well. A detailed list of features I like are briefed below
Pros - The active noise canceling works well as I have been using it on the train, and it suppresses the surrounding sound. - The noise-canceling option is optional and has buttons to activate along with the switch to adjust noise-canceling between high and low noise canceling - Sound quality is reasonable, and it does have deep bass - I like the touch option (touch twice) to receive a call over the right ear pad. - Charging cable and audio cable have USB c which I like as I find it quicker and have many USB c cables, so I haven’t used the cable came with it yet. - The touch option works for Alexa as well by connecting to the Bluedio App. - Headphones are comfortable and has a good fit. Doesn’t wobble over the head. - Does have all the control buttons. - Bluetooth connectivity is functional and also connects to mobile after first pairing in just 10 seconds that is immediately after switching it on. - Auto pause like music stops as soon as you remove headphones from the head is an excellent feature. I don’t have to pause every time is my mom starts speaking anything and have to remove from my head. - Earmuffs are comfortable and padded.
Cons: - The Alexa option doesn’t always work, or maybe I am still learning how to use. - The headphones are a bit on the heavier side, or perhaps generally ANC headphones are, but I am not aware as it is my first experience. - I wish it were foldable as it isn’t.
JUST NO words to describe my experience from the get go I have had with these headphones. The instructions fall a bit short of what these headphones are capable of, very short of what these headphones are capable of, I was a bit confused I must admit (like a Virgin in a house of ill repute), but I eventually got the hang of it. The treble is crisp, as if directly from the sounds of the waterfall's of Hawaii. (Do not ride over water falls , even those of Niagra, even it's popular). The comfort of long wear , these get lost on your head , what headphone? , ( and i have one big grape). The promise of on line APP , very complicated due to the on line app. use though at first, but once i got into it what a breez (just like my first pair of blue jeans). One big sticking point with me is the one line app. to adjust just about everything. The headphones come with the nite time function turned on which means that the headphones will turn off after 2 hours and have to have the power cycled to turn return them to normal operation. THIS'LL really confuse you if you don't know about it. You have to use the on line app. to turn off this function. So beware. Otherwise ......... 6 stars FOLKS✨. So happy listening y'all. Guess what I bought another pair I just couldn't help myself with the discount these are pretty good headphones I do like the lightweight and they have made a good gift for birthdays and I have stashed them away for Christmas gifts my grandsons and granddaughters are going to enjoy the ones that are going to get for Christmas I'm going to set them up so they don't have to do anything all they have to do is are them to their devices and listen the lightweight at the fact they don't have a high volume and I can set them up for their delicate ears online and that they won't be able to do it themselves I'm going to make sure that their devices don't have the blue deo software so that they can't mess with and they have the settings. So happy listening y'all.
If you want Bose quality, you need to spend $200. So for what I paid for these, they are absolutely worth it, but don't think they are going to work as well as the best company in the field. I have my first flight in a few months so I'll update the review after I actually get to use them on a plane. One thing I love so far is that when I'm listening to music and take them off my ears to talk to someone, it pauses, then when I put them back on my head, it starts again. They come with a nice soft case to protect them, though I'll probably keep them in the box unless I'm using them more frequently.
