Blue Customer Service ruined the Experience

I bought this product a couple weeks ago and have since returned it. The brushed aluminum model stopped working within the week I bought it and I contacted blue support. After initially responding claiming they would "love to help me set up a warranty claim", they never responded after I sent in my information. I called them during their listed operating hours and nobody answered the phone. I left a message and was never called back. I opened a second ticket in order to get answers for the first ticket and never got a reply. I eventually just returned the microphone because it was not worth the hassle. Blue Microphones has the worst customer support I have ever experienced.
