A great idea and with some small improvements will be a great product.

I really like the concept behind this product and I’ve started seeing a whole lot of them pop up on Amazon. I figured it was time to give one a test. Generally, I found this to be a useful and effective product but there a few niggles that need to be mentioned.What I like.
• Quality zippered carrying case with storage for all accessories
• Charging options for the wall and car. Chargers charge at 15V 1A which should give it a moderate charging speed.
• Jumper cables are of good quality and are long enough to fit most battery types but could be a bit longer to be more convenient.
• Includes three phone charging cables, Lightning, Micro-USB, and USB-C. Cables are of a quality braided type and are about three feet long.
• Flashlight with 3 modes is a nice feature
• The rear has a hard nub which I assume is for breaking a window but I did not test it 😊
• 1 standard and 1 quick USB charge ports
• Type-C for both input and output.
What I don’t like
• Charging port is proprietary instead of Micro-USB. Yes, the Type-C can be used to charge it so it’s not too big a knock.
• The operation is not real intuitive. For instance. You have to turn the switch to the on position but that does not really turn it on but rather you have then push the button for it to actually turn on.
• When jumping a car it’s not plug-n-play. There are some steps that are not self-explanatory and need you to read the manual first and, oh, it also turns itself off so pay attention to the LED lights and make sure they are on first.
• The text for the indicators and controls is a bit too subtle. I’d like the text and icons to be more pronounced.
What I think is OK but would consider changing
• The output for laptop charging is not necessary I think. I would drop that feature.
• The instructions are not bad but could be improved.
• Improve the length of time the battery will hold a charge when not in use and in the off position.
• It provides 800A max output for jumping and that is good for most passenger cars but 1200A would be better.
Final comments.
It’s a great concept but you will need to keep in mind that it will only hold a full charge for 1-3 months depending on the age of the battery, number of times it’s been recharged and how cold it is. This means that you can’t charge it and forget it until you need it. You need to setup a schedule to ensure you top off the battery so it’s ready when you need it. You could also plug this into the car (input) and use it as your device charging station in the vehicle. That way it stays charged and free’s up the cigarette lighter for other items.

I can not speak to the performance of this product. I immediately returned when I saw the safety marks appear to be counterfeit.
UPDATE - After further research I can highly recommend the Jump n Carry jump starters.

Comes in very handy in storms like Florence.
Very well packaged and executed. Has a flashlight, window breaker, charger, knife blade etc.
Very handy to store in a glovebox or trunk. I'd give it a real 4.5 stars.
I have no idea on the longevity of the unit- no one does yet. But the let down was the very small hard to read manual.
You actually learn more here about the device under the question section. as an example the menu does not inform you
on how long to charge the unit etc. So the manual needs to be bigger and more informative.
On a positive note I noticed during the charging process my unit does not get hot. You can set it anywhere.
A great item to have in all your cars and home.
I will update this after I have used the jump start feature. It will come in handy on my OPE items.

After being stranded by my car, I always carry different things in my trunk, from fluids, tools, air pumps, first aid kit. The one thing I needed was a jump starter so I decided to go with this one.
Right out of the box I was impressed with the packaging. It comes with a hard carrying case, with everything jammed into it! very useful. It comes with everything on the page, from the different cables, chargers, and manuals. The nice thing about this is that it also doubles as a regular power bank which is useful on long trips and in any emergency. You can charge the bank itself by a DC power source, or what i like to do is just use a type C which takes roughly about the same. The bank itself also has a glass breaker, a seat belt cutter, and a light, which has everything you need in an emergency. While luckily I haven't had to use it to jump start my own car, I have started a motorcycle with it, at least half a dozen times without it even dropping a bar, it was amazing! The instructions to use it as a jump starter ar very clear and printed on the starter itself, so that there is no confusion. It takes about 20 seconds to be ready for the next jump so you can keep using it until it dies. The quality of the plastic on the battery itself isn't the best, but considering most of the time it's going to be in a protective case, then its not a bad trade off. Another thing to consider is the price for everything that comes included, its perfect! It's definitely worth the price instead of having to call a tow truck, or having to wait for somebody to pull over and HOPE they have jumper cables. I would definitely recommend this if you're like me and want to be prepared.

I do a lot of driving and I'm typically on the road between 600-1000 miles each week. I'm always worried about the possible of breaking down or some emergency work my car. I saw a portable car starter on YouTube and thought I would try this out. This comes in a Convenient carrying case that is easy to store in your glovebox. I really like how many different things you can use this for: flashlight, car starter, charger, window breaker, seatbelt cutter.... I like to keep the main part open and in my door, just in case I need to cut my seatbelt or smash my glass of my car window from. I drive over a large old bridge every day and this is a fear of mine. This is such a cool product!

We purchased this for my husband's car because it is 10 years old and out of warranty coverage, unlike my newer car with warranty. We bought it as an insurance plan for those what if situations that could arise. It has proved very useful.
First off, I love the case. Not all cases are well thought out but this one is regarding: size, visibility, quality, and ease of use. It's compact and highly visible (with that blue stripe) in your dark car. It zips up nicely to contain all the parts. One side has a mesh section to hold the accessories, the other side has a custom-fit moulded area to contain the charger.
Next, in Chicago winters this will be a great insurance plan if my husband is far from home and his car doesn't start in frigid weather. This would save a tow fee or jump start from a stranger. I really like that the size of the actual charger is much smaller than I thought it'd be (7.25" long x 3.5" wide x 1.5" tall). Most people can store this in their glove boxes.
I love the USB ports to charge your phone, tablet, and more. The 8-in-1 notebook connection kit was a great idea.
The extra bonuses are nice: integrated LED flashlight (SOS, Strong mode, and Strobe), integrated safety hammer (if you need to break the window to escape), and an integrated rescue blade (if you need to cut your seatbelt, let's say it's jammed or won't release). They did not have to add these integrated features to the charger, but it's a nice touch that could save someone's life!
The seller responded to a question immediately. Excellent customer service, which can be quite rare nowadays.

I have a 2002, Chevy Blazer which is 6.0 liter. Something in the electrical is draining the battery so when the car sits a few days it goes low. Sometimes randomly it will go out. That randomly happened today in a parking lot. It was wet outside and dark. (picture shown) The included flashlight was very helpful in letting me make 100% sure which side was negative and positive. I turned on, then connected the device and followed the instructions to wait for the light to turn green. After about 10 seconds it turned green. I cranked the car and it started. Instead of calling AAA and waiting for an hour, I started my car up in less than 2 minutes. I recommend to buy this for a loved one especially if the car is older. Not able to review the durability this early since this is a recent purchase, but the item worked flawlessly. The size is also very handy, there are some jumper batteries that are a lot larger. Its a device you hope you never need to use, but when you need to use it, you are very glad you have it. It comes with USB ports and various input plugs for electronics. My need is not for that reason, but jump starts. But if there was an emergency and I'm stuck in car and need to charge my phone or stranded its good to know I can charge my phone and use my laptop computer.

Customer service reached out in regards to the problems I was having with the unit I recived. They informed me that the latest versions of the had several improvements that should address the issues that were on my unit. They promptly shipped out a replacement, and so far, it appears to be working as it should. Time will tell - but for now, I am happy that everything functions as claimed. The customer service is top notch and makes this product worth trying out.

I have another jump starter and wanted to get this one for my wife's car. Had good experience with the older one, but it was a bit low on the power and I wanted to step up to something with more juice and amps. I charged this up, and had trouble getting the flashing lights to work. You are instructed to double click the button, but it's hit or miss. Couldn't figure a consistent way to make it work. It also didn't hold as much a charge as claimed. Especially when compared to the older model I owned, it was not better, though the specs were more than double. For the price, there are better options out there.

I purchased this for a family Christmas gift. It has all kinds of adapters for phones and laptops and such. It has an emergency cutter for seat belts and a window breaking device on one end, both of which would be nice to have in an emergency situation. The instructions were horrible (not thorough or grammatically correct), but it's pretty self-explanatory. The carry case is nice and is made to keep all of it organized. It proved itself by starting up our tractor (not a lengthy mower, a full size tractor on the farm). Will be looking to purchase again for gifts!

This is a 5 star product & probably the best "value for money" jump starter here on Amazon.
You get a lot of accessories with this unit & it's a steal with a Lightning Deal.
The only negative thing is that the Type-C port is "input" only, (not input & output).
(By the way, this was "NOT" a freebie. I paid for it) ... LOL

The BOKIN 800A Jump Starter seems as handy as a Swiss army knife. Honestly, it's pretty impressive how many cables and connectors are packed into this kit. Yes, it can jump start my car. But it also has the ability to output 19 volts to a laptop. And it comes with USB charging cords of good quality for charging micro USB, Apple lightning and USB-C.
So I see this as a great problem solver if the car won't start or if you're up camping and need to charge stuff.
Cool tip is that you can charge it using the USB c cord or using the provided 12 volt adapter or wall charger.

For my first review of this item, it’s a 1. I fully charged it first off. After turning the unit on, I decided to check out the flashlight function, it didn’t work. Next I attempted the blue/red function, it didn’t work. I then attempted to charge my phone, it didn’t work. The reason I purchased this item was to jumpstart my vehicle, I haven’t needed to do that yet, but will it? I’m waiting for my replacement to arrive to determine that. It does come with an insane amount of charging options though!
