I bought my son another tablet because his other one was outdated and had a shattered screen. I decided I was not going to buy another tablet without getting a protective case. Delivery was fast and packing was great. The product itself has saved the device numerous times already. The first time my son dropped it I was doing the "try to dive across the floor and catch it routine" but wasn't quick enough. Much to my surprise the tablet softly bounced and landed on the floor gently. After I got over the initial shock, because I didn't think it would work that well, I knew I had made a great choice in purchasing this item.
This is the 2nd time it happened to us. The first one didn't fit my son's fire tablet even though based on description it says it will fit the 2017 releases. We returned it few months ago. Last week I ordered one, in hopes they will get our order right-well, NOT AGAIN! The box was torn and obviously this product has been used or opened before.
Not orange... we have an orange, what wS delivered is pink... salmon at best. Also, amazon backs their kids kindle guaruntee, however its a fight, almost every time. They updated the tablet so the old case didnt fit and without standing up for ourselves, their expectation was we would just buy a new one. After having to chat with a rep and plead our case we ordered and tget reimbursed.
This is the 4th one I’ve bought. Two for my son and two for my daughter!! After the first two stopped working I figured I would try them one more time. They tend to only last about a year before they start messing up or stop operating.
