Very soft, nice chews!

Just started using these for about 1 week, but the dogs love them so far. I'm a Vet tech and very picky about what supplements I use for my own pets. I bought these mainly for my 6 year old Belgian Malinois, but also for my older Papillons. The Mal gobbles these down and loves the taste. The papillons eat them if I break them up and with some encouragement. The treats themselves are VERY soft, almost like a powdery consistency when broken. I like how soft they are. You could easily crumble them in dog food too. They are a little smaller than a quarter, not big at all compared to some. Most of all I love the ingredients and the amounts. I searched literally for days comparing milligrams and ingredients. These smell and look great, so I hope I see good results with it. Highly recommend so far!

Made my dog's stomach really upset

These made my dog REALLY sick. He's a minpin/toy poodle mix and almost immediately after starting him on these his stomach started getting VERY upset. He was throwing up a lot and just sitting down on walks which is so unlike him. I thought maybe he needed an adjustment period so I persisted but he got worse. I finally just gave up when he decided to stop eating all together. Not like him at all and it was very upsetting to see.

My golden retriever was limping badly and laying around all day. Within two days of taking these chrws, she was not limping, actually running and playing. Worked great for her. My shitz zhu could hardly walk because of her hip dysplasia and I gave her the chews with very little result. She did however, seem to have slightly less pain some days. So I will continue giving them to her because of that. In conclusion, it worked great for one dog, not so much for the other. Both dogs are old so results depend on the severity of your dog's problem.

My dogs love these. Down the hatch without a problem. They are very finicky eaters too. I like the idea of the tumeric and the ingredients are natural. I just started them so, the proof will be in the pudding, as far as if it works. That's why only the four stars. My vet told me it had all the right ingredients in it.

My dog sniffs these and walks away. Won't even lick them. He tried the first one by putting it in his mouth then dropped it and hasn't touched them since. They look like little bullion cubes. My other dog that doesn't need the glucosamine devours these without a thought. Spoiled? Maybe LOL. Picky? Definitely LOL

The medicine seems to be working for my 15 year old Maltese. She is starting to move around more and not licking her joints as much. We shall see long term, but the first impressions are good. One small thing...the scale of the bite is WAY TOO LARGE for a 10 pound dog. It is soft so I have been crumbling it into her food and then adding a touch of water to get it to cling to the food. She won't eat them straight up.

Wasn't the right product for my dog

My dog has trouble walking on one one leg due to an injury, and I bought this product to help ease her pain. She had no problem with the taste - she ate them like a treat. However, I did not see much improvement in her leg. It could be that it wasn't the right product for her injury, so I can't really say whether or not it would work well for arthritis or hip dysphasia.
