I really wanted to love these. But I guess u get what u pay for. There r always connection problems. The cameras makes an annoying clicking sound like someone is taking pictures atleast once a day. Quality of video is really blurry and so not worth the subscription. I love nest WAY better. I wanted to return these but could not get refunded for my 1 year subscription so I thought it was pointless anyway. Would not recommend.
These have to always be plugged in. That is an issue when you don’t have a plug in the place you need it and have to buy extension sets that look bad going across walls and floors in your house. Plus the extra electricity expenses!! The app doesn’t work great. You have to pay $20.00 for crappy monitoring and you only get to watch 6sec loops of motion detection. You have to PAY EXTRA to see more. I hate I purchased these. Go for solar, chargeable or battery cameras.
Overall it's easy to install and use. I tried the subscription and it seems ok. However, during night time it's very disturbing to hear the camera producing some random clicking sound. I have no idea what it is and how it is triggered. If it was installed in the living room etc I don't have a problem with it. But it is really annoying when you put it in the baby's room.

This review is for the WALL MOUNTS, not the cameras. I didn't receive any instructions on how to use the wall mounts. It may seem simple but I'd rather not have to guess and/or assume, written directions would be useful.
Ok I'm hit and miss on this. When its working it's great but that's the thing WHEN it's working! We have been having a hard time getting these to continually working. They like to just stop out of no where. They click at night trying to adjust. We have one in out room and it's very annoying. Thinking about calling the company.
I love the easy installation...they should put in their description the annual subscription to avoid disappointing their customers. I then tried to contact the seller because I chose the coverage for all five cameras, then when I tried to use it, it was for only one camera. No one would get back to me. I still havent gotten my subscription fixed and they charged my account a long time ago. Love the picture, support services suck...
